The Huntsville Computer Doctor helped us out-of-towners with a computer failure. My sons MacBook Pro hard drive failed during the Christmas season. As we were spending the holiday in Huntsville, I contacted HCD and they were amenable to ordering a hard drive and doing the installation in a common room at my mother-in-laws assisted living facility! Now its nearly two years later and the replacement drive has failed -- which happens -- but Adam very promptly sent info on confirming the warranty and doing an exchange on the drive.
