I had them come out today and the guy doing the work was not only friendly, but very knowledgeable about our particular flooring. The before and after was like night and day! (The carpet is supposed to be blue!)I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for old fashioned, honest service with high tech cleaning capabilities. I am very pleased with our visit today, and will definitely use them in the future! A+++

I provided this review to the company in Nov 2020 and never heard a word back from them. It is now Jul 2021 so now I am posting here: I really did not want to leave this review as I really liked the technician that worked at my house as a person. And I am not requesting that anything be done to make things right. I am good at this point. The job that was done on the tile floors was good (with one exception noted later). What makes me unhappy is when I have to do work to clean up after a job is done. I was a bit bothered right away when I noticed that the technician was leaving boot prints everywhere he walked on my hardwood floors on his way to the tile floors he was cleaning. I didnt say anything as he was just starting, and I thought maybe it would be taken care of. He worked hard and did a good job on the tile floors (with the one exception I will note later). Once he was finished and was removing the corrugated water line and the machines, rancid smelling water was spilled in some areas on my hardwood floors. Also, while pulling the corrugated water line out of the house, he pulled it around the corners of a room scuffing the baseboards. I had to put my foot between the baseboard and the line so it would stop hitting the baseboard. This prevented it from doing any noticeable damage. He did bring in a wet mop and attempted to clean the hardwood area but did nothing more than smear the rancid smelling water around which dried leaving a VERY noticeable film on the floor. I had to clean a fairly large area of the hardwood floor twice to remove the dried, rancid water and most of the smell. As noted above (the one exception) I also mopped the tile floors he cleaned with vinegar and water as some of the quarter round in the tile floor area had filth on it and I figured some of that floor probably had some of the same rancid water on it. The rancid water smell stayed in the house for more than a day. The second cleaning of the hardwood floors and time got rid of the rest of it. My bet is that the machines and/or the water line contained the rancid water from other jobs. I really hate leaving comments like this, but it is probably important that the company be made aware of these type of issues for training purposes.

Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning carpets. They look like new. I saw all the gross water and hair from the carpet from an area our dog doesn’t go. Stains are gone!

We highly recommend Zerorez Huntsville and Technician Ed for their hard work, integrity, and expertise! We had a serious cat urine issue in one of our rooms and Ed explained in detail the treatment that would give us a clean carpet and no urine smell. Zerorez is a multi-step process and we learned a lot about the longterm effects of untreated or partially treated pet urine and the downside of commercial enzyme products. We now know how to spot clean in a much better way. Our cream microfiber chair and all 4 carpets look and smell brand new! The results were well worth the price!

Our technician, Ed, was Extremely knowledgeable And professional. He was able to remove pet odor from our carpet that we have tried with other companies to get removed. We were about to have to spend a lot of money to replace the carpet. It has only been one day, but so far the odor is gone!! We are so happy because we were having to keep the door closed And didn’t use the room due to the pungent odor.I will definitely be calling them back and request Ed to work on our hardwood floors, and reseal our granite countertops!!

Technician was early, he did a brief evaluation and confirmed pricing, and did a fabulous job cleaning the carpet. To include removing some pet stains that brought on an odor. All this was gone once the cleaning was complete.

The first time we used Zerorez, we got a new puppy and house training was hard. Although we made strides, the carpet and upholstery had been left with odors and stains. I called Zeroez and they sat my appointment quickly and I could not have been any happier with the service. The carpets were clean. The upholstery had a great fragrance. Plus! If I began to smell the urine again, I could call them back in 30 days for a guaranteed retreat. The second time, we moved into a house that the carpets had been shut up for over a year. Quoted price was $250. Cost of spraying for pet stains ended up cost of $876 wish I would have know that before hand. Company shows the vacuum of the pet stains in video but did not say was a big upcharge. Carpet is clean and service tech was professional. He did a good job. Originally I was pleased and the carpet did come clean, however the pet smell from the previpus owners dogs is still present. I feel like I could have rented a steam cleaner and saved my self a chunk of money.
