Mr. Stinnett’s team is amazing. From the first phone call that was answered by polite, professionals taking my information, to the last detail of work performed in my home, I was pleased. Any time I had a question, the phone was answered by knowledgeable, understanding staff and got back to me quickly with the needed information. The workers were very conscious about completing their work to perfection. For example, Cameron kept sanding and sanding drywall in a closet in my laundry room. No one would ever see this, but he wanted it done right. Everyone who came here showed this same work ethic. Everyone came when they said they would be here, and did everything they said they would do. Most of all they showed such politeness and respect while in my home. I highly recommend this company.

Rainbow did a great job getting my parents home dried after it was flooded. My mom called Jessica and she immediately had the technicians respond. They came by every day to check on the floors and moved the fans around as needed. They were very professional and thorough. I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazed at this company. They did a very thorough job when dealing with our water leak in the kitchen and basement. After a horrible experience with a different company, Rainbow came in and thoroughly dried and cleaned all the affected areas, catching the errors from the first company. Very quick response to emergency situations. Our sewer ejector pump backed up sewer into our bathroom, and they came by when we called. They had very reasonable prices, and even came down on the price of a quote after they finished the job and it didnt take quite as long as they planned. Stanley (the owner) is very nice and easy to work with, and comes by to check on the work being done every time they were at the house. The guys who work for him are very nice and professional. They will work around your schedule.

We were away from home when a water line in our bathroom blew loose. Rainbow arrived quickly when they were alerted and were able to assess what additional equipment would be needed to resolve the problem. They were always courteous and professional. After getting as much water as possible out they brought in heaters and blowers which they positioned inside the house as well as under the house. It took a little more than a week to get the subfloor dry after the carpet was taken out. Rainbow personnel came every day to check moisture levels and make whatever changes needed to position the equipment to hasten the drying process. They had to arrange for a packout to remove the furniture and all accessories. The contractor who will do some repairs commented on the quality of their work. He said they knew what they were doing! I would definitely recommend this group of caringprofessionals .
