Took a used vehicle I recently purchased on August 27th. Full detail with deodorizing shampoo for carpet and seats. The car had a smell that I noticed and I wanted to get it all squared away before I started driving it. When I picked it up it smelled decent. I didn’t notice that smell. But I had to ask if it was shampooed because I noticed some spots that seemed like they would have washed away easily. I was assured seats and carpet had been shampooed. I parked the vehicle and haven’t driven it until today. The SMELL is back! The flowery smell from the air freshener is completely gone and the smell is back. I can say now that I do not feel like the carpets or seats were shampooed. Wasted $180($155 plus a $30 tip). The car was shined up well.

Car was almost clean price was good. missed a few spots on the exterior especially the front grill and ledge and interior at doors and still dirt on my arm rest, but ok. i have a broke foot so better than what i can do for now.

My family has used Lees on several of our cars and theyve always done a great job, but this one was a flat-out Christmas miracle. Took my 07 RAV4 that was in desperate need of a deep clean after 4 years of heavy use (stuck pet hair, dirt, sand, food stains, the whole shabang) and made it feel as brand new as it could be! Never thought Id see it looking like it was the day I bought it, yet even hours after taking it home Im still sitting out in the cold and just admiring the handiwork in awe. Took a couple of days (and I honestly thought it would take more), but I cannot stress enough how much its worth the wait!

Beyond unimpressed and disappointed. I was referred to Lees by a few people to get my Jeep Wrangler detailed. While my Jeep was not the cleanest by no means (reason I took it to get cleaned) it was NOT caked in mud nor had it seen mud or been off road in over a year. I had been unable to get it clean (interior) on my own. I asked for the complete clean up package and received less than half of what that service calls for and cost! There was wax left on the Jeep wasnt even wiped over in multiple places (see pictures), black plastic door handles had wax left on them as well as the front bumper, the mirrors have visible mud left (see pictures), the freedom panels werent even removed and cleaned fully there is mud still in between the roll bar and the door on both sides (see pictures), passenger side head rest was cleaned but not the drivers (see pictures), right in front of the gear shifter wasnt even wiped over (see pictures), the windows seals werent cleaned (see pictures) and the passenger side grab handle has visible mud left (see pictures), trunk was not cleaned (see pictures). One plus is that my Jeep smells great but the bad out weighs that by a mile, because now I have or have already finished the job I paid this company to do. I will not be back and I do not recommend this place for anyone.

When my car was particularly dirty on the inside, I got the managers special and was happy with the interior job. My car had recently been cleaned, so today, I selected the $25 wash. Granted super vacuum was advertised for the special, but regular vacuum should have done better than this. My mats dont appear to have seen any suction and underneath the mats certainly didnt. In addition, the seats, dash, and console did not get more than a hit and miss dry cloth job. The inside windows did not get the attention they needed; fingerprints and smudges were still visible. The exterior was okay. Im very disappointed. Im not sure if Ill be back, but if I do come back, I wont selecting a wash less than $30. A $10 vacuum it yourself place is a much better value than the $25 paid for the service received today.

Nice place to go my mom took her truck here to get clean they did a great job they like how clean her truck was.

We had the hand wash cleaning done and they did a super awesome job. They charge $45 but it is worth every penny. This was our first time there but it wont be the last.

The people that work here work HARD! They ran my truck back through the wash cycle when they spotted pollen still caked on my trim! Very thorough, dont forget to tip!!

They do a really good job well except the white guy who cleaned the inside of my carthis last time did not do as well as the black guy did before ijs 🤷‍♀️

I’ve used Lee’s many times and have been satisfied. I have learned that doing the $25 wash doesn’t get as good of results as the $35 managers special, though (the special offers some additional services besides a basic was and vacuum). Both offer wash and vacuuming, but when I have done the special it’s been immaculate on the interior but the lower priced one just hasn’t had the care taken that the special does. You can tell it’s been cleaned and vacuumed but you can definitely tell a difference between the 2. I can’t say I’m not happy with the service though, and it beats having to do it myself, so I can’t really complain. It’s always prompt and fast service and for the most part the workers are very friendly. I’d recommend them, as they’ve been in business for a long time and are reputable to the best of my knowledge.

Quick and easy. But make sure you take your cash and spare change out your vehicle . Had all mine taken. It was not a huge deal but now I see why some other locations are having to institute quality inspection because too many small things are taken but it adds up over the course of a day.

I just needed the cab and wheels of a work truck cleaned, I told them they dont even need to dry it... the manager I was directed to quoted me $65!!!! I know its company money but Im in the wrong business. They looked at the truck and were not even busy, even if I was born last night, I would know thats a ripoff.

I brought both of my cars to this car wash, we paid $40 to get the cars washed and cleaned out. When they said the cars were ready, the mats and underneath them were still dirty, barely vacuumed. The console and dashboard still dusty and dirty, nothing was wiped down properly, cleaned or vacuumed. Seemed like they just wanted to get it done super quick. This is the second time I’m disappointed with their service, definitely will not go back again!

This is a good car wash and not a lot extra for light detailing. The line seems monsters but moves quickly. The waiting area could be spruced up and cushions added. As it is, it would be better to send your vehicle with your husband than taking it yourself. The one issue I did not like is they did not use a microfiber cloth and there was an issue with lint on the control panels.

It was my first time using this car wash. I got the managers special.. They were slammed, all working very hard. I was annoyed at the customers going over their car with a fine tooth comb. When my car was ready I didnt inspect it. Front seat and back seat were immaculate. Stopped at store opened back door of my RAV4 and there was still dirt and mud from where I had hauled plants. I was so disappointed but was already back in Hampton Cove and now its the next day. Otherwise I would have given a 5.

Always do a great job! There are several options from which to choose. One can get a complete wash (inside and out) plus a wax, or just an outside wash. We recently took our vehicle that was covered in pollen, and they had it clean within minutes. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience until the owner came over and scolding the employee (I think his name is Garrett) for taking too much time on my car. I had an older Jeep Cherokee that was totally filthy on the inside, and I didnt ask the kid to do more, he just did his job cheerfully and cleaned the hell out of it. They were slow at the time, so the employee explained to me if they were busier they wouldnt have been able to pay this much attention, and that is completely understandable. But, there were no other cars backed up to be finished out, so the kid spent a little more time on my car than he should have. So what? The employee was doing a wonderful job taking great pride in his work when the owner came over and put on a nice little rant. I later tried to explain to the owner how great a job he did, but the owner told me to stay out of it, that it was between him and the employee. Ill give you 5 stars if you apologize to Garrett. Extremely rude. They got busy after all that, shouting ensued, and I left the place stunned. I gave Garrett a $10 tip before all this took place. Glad I did that beforehand!

30 dollars for them not even vacuum the back of my truck is pretty bad . Also didn’t wipe down my dash and dirt still on the side of my car. I won’t be going back.

Let me start by saying every time I go to Lees magic tunnel I always got great service my car was always clean floor mats were always clean everything was clean perfect until it wasnt I went and spent $ $20 and when I got in my car I drove down the street my windows were streaked the dashboard was still Dusty there was still dog hair in the floor it did not look like anything had been done unfortunately I had to get back to work so I didnt have time to talk to management however it seems like to me that if youre going to charge $21 or $20 or however much you charge then that car should be spotless especially if youre paying 20 something dollars so unfortunately I will not be back

Lots of hard workers. Diligent supervision. Not cheap but this long-time family-owned business supports local athletic groups who sell coupon cards. I have had my cars washed here since 1989 and always been pleased.

They do a phenomenal job. I gave a 4 star only because if you are new to the car wash the person checking you in does not tell all the drivers beside you the process of how you enter... if you are given #4 u don’t go in front of #2 and so on... other than that it’s GREAT

I seldomly go out to get a car wash but if I do, its at Lees. Their attention to detail is second to none as is their quality of service. The prices are higher than most but its worth every penny as your car feels like new everytime you go here!

First of all they dont use water. They hand wash but didnt do a good job. My windshield was still dirty, my dash wasnt cleaned even though that was what I requested. The underside didnt get touched. Lesson learned wont be going back

They do great work

I typically drive the 13 miles to Lees when I want a good quick clean up. They are consistently spot on but I was disappointed this time. After I was called to receive my vehicle I gave it a look over and I noticed the rear window hadnt been touched so I had to wait for that to be cleaned. The outside of the truck and tires looked good but when I got home I pulled the seats foward and the carpet hadnt been vacuumed. My truck is a single cab so there is less carpet to vaccume than a typical sedan!? In my neighborhood a new carwash is opening so its going to be hard to make that drive and pay over $20 with results like that.

Great car wash. The owner is very nice. Abraham is the best clean up guy. Very proficient and thorough. Friendly too. Relatively fast car wash considering the level of work they do. Relatively cheap for what you get. Ive been going for over 10 years with no issues!

I am very dissapointed..I have been using this car wash for years. Today waiting on my car to finalize I noticed the lady working in my car was pulled off to work on another car. Then a truck was moved ahead still watching my can then abandon by any help. Hating to complain, I did. I went to a lady standing at the counter and told her what I noticed. With a smirk she asked a few questions and stated it was ready. It had been ready! Made to feel like I was lying she said it was called how do you miss that while noticing all the above. It did not happen but blame the customer!! Not the place it used to be......

This place did an awesome job on my truck. They took the time to wipe it down and clean. It up, which should be the goal, not just rush it through. I recommend it to others. Get the managers special.

Best value for a carwash

I use Lees for their basic wash and inside cleaning/vacuuming. Ive always found the workers to be nice - Im nice and respectful to them and I get the same back. I do tip for the guys that do the bulk of the inside work and they are always so appreciative. Im glad they got rid of the lady that worked the cash register (she ripped them off major and was a jerk). I cant comment on how they handle complaints because Ive had none.

Experience today was a disaster. Pulled in and the attendant was taking the order of other vehicles. As I pulled in, the older white lady pulled in next to me. This means, I pulled in first. The attendant went to the older lady first as I rolled down my window to greet and tell him I was next. He apologized and said he was trying to keep the traffic out of the street. I understood but what I didnt understand was why he continued to place this older white lady ahead of me. So we had a nasty confrontation as he told me he was going to tell the older white lady that I was being impatient. I told him that was fine! I asked him did he tell her that she would be behind me and he said no, youll be behind her and I said Im going in after the red car, which was in front of me. He proceeds to yell at me and say NO YOU ARE NOT and I said YES I AM!!! He then switched to tell me we can look at the video to see who pulled in first and I declined because I knew what was happening at this time! He brings over the manager and I explained what happened. The manager walked over to the older white lady and came back to tell me that TWO people said she pulled in first and that was her and the attendant and that he was NOT going to argue with me and I can leave! You can obviously see that the attendant lied because if she were first, why would he have apologized and told her I was being impatient?Ill leave the thoughts up to you but I know exactly what that was about! I have been a loyal customer since Ive been driving and have never experienced such unprofessionalisn! I WAS a paying customer like this older white lady and pulled I first but I refuse to give incompetent people my hard earned money! I will let everyone I know that supports this place, know about this situation and will NOT patronize this business any longer! I also found a better spot and they do a better job!

Did a great job very happy

My car was pitiful! And it came back shiny and new! I got the managers special and it was well worth it! I have 4 children and you can image the sticky icky fingerprints everywhere and these guys did an amazing job!! Some of my windows weren’t cleaned but I don’t think it was part of the package I chose, however, I am still very grateful and I most likely will come back here to have my car washed and cleaned!

My car was particularly nasty after driving through snow storms up north where they use road salt. I did have to wait quite a while for the undercarriage procedure, because there were a number of people having it done. It had snowed in Huntsville also. The wait was worth it, however. They exceeded my expectations! My car looked fabulous inside and out! My husband brings his Dodge Challenger here and only here to be cleaned once a week. You know theyve got to be good for him to trust them with his car.

I called Lees to see what I needed to do to bring my car in for a seat shampoo. I was told that while it was crowded, they could take my car and I would just have to pick it up tomorrow. Upon arrival, Lees was backed up to the street. I called again because I wasnt sure where to park my car. The woman on the phone informed me that they cant take you anymore. So I essentially wasted an hour of my life to get to this place and back only to be told that I couldnt be seen (even though I was told on the phone that I would be). I wont be back. Ever. The guy outside marking cars was nice and apologized for whatever chaos was happening with the women working the phones.

While the service so far has been good, when I make sure to tell you that it is my first time, you could at the very least tell me how things will work. And then when I complain about a person smoking around my vehicle, that is definitely not a cue to light a cigarette on the way out to see who was smoking around my vehicle.Update: I wrote that while I was still fuming over the nasty cigarette smell that got in my car from the worker, and at the time gave it one star. I was very angry and decided it was best I leave. When I got home, I realized just how dirty they left my truck. So not only is their customer service very much sub par, their cleaning abilities rival my 4 year old granddaughters. I will definitely not be back!
