I LOVE Cesar! I am terrible about washing my truck, and it’s too tall to go through a standard carwash. Splash is a great place for a quick wash of your car. I used the automatic wash and $9 was a steal!

They are very good at there jobs. We had went to Goo Goos car wash first because someone had splash pasta and red sauce on side of the truck and the drive through car wash didnt get it off. So we went to the hand wash car wash Splash car wash. The man hop on it right away with no problems and took care of it. Now that is real service with a smile. He refuse to charge us for the service, he just want us to be satisfied and happy. He was give a tip away.

Went for a wash and wax..when I got it back it had obvious streaks from the polish.i told the guy and he did what I expected.started to spray the area with whatever they use and wiping it down to fix it but now I have marks all over my hood that dont seem to want to come out wonder if they read what that spray was good to use on since my hood has the middle with that vinyl..then he said they always have problems with black vehicles that they leave streaks.well they got me once and with a ten tip on a 33 dollar wash they will not ever get business again

I like this car wash. Great, nice workers and the wait time is good. I like the vending machines and soda machines, they taste good. I waited here once while my sisters were shopping and I must say the TV sure does know how to keep you entertained for a whole hour and a half.

This place used to be a pretty good service. Used to take my car in at least every two weeks. The last three times Ive been there, it takes much longer to get the service and it is mildly acceptable at best. my mats still have dirt on them, the dash is dirty, it was not vacuumed all the way. It is not worth the money at all; you are better off taking it to an automatic wash and doing the vac work yourself. Extremely disappointed. Ive heard hornbuckle is good, will try them next. I cant give this place another chance.

I took my car to the Splash car wash for a hand car wash on Saturday, September 29, 2018; however, what I received was a dirty car, scratched drivers side back bumper, and a broken windshield wiper blade. I will first say this, I use to live in Huntsville years ago and use to bring my truck to this car wash and always received good service. With that in mind I decided to bring my brand new car to them to clean after a week-long of raining. It is obvious that they are attempting to give recovering alcoholics or drug addicts a break by providing them a job, but when the owners/partners are the responsible party for washing your vehicle and the job is crappy no wonder the workers aren’t learning how to properly wash a car. To add insult to injury I took my car back up there after realizing that the wiper blade was broken and of course they denied it. The men /owners/partners were very rude to me and didn’t even care about the wiper blade that they broke. He walked away from me without even hearing what I had to say, I suppose it’s due to their foreign nationality and not having respect for women. He tried on Saturday to buff the scratch but was not successful. I am very disappointed in myself for taking my VERY nice automobile to this establishment.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!Since Google will not allow me to respond to the owners response I will place it here:If the manager wanted me to review a tape he would have done so within the 15 to 20 minutes that I was at the establishment on Monday, October 2, 2018. It appears that this is what you all say when patrons have a bad review about your establishment. As it pertains to suing me then I guess you all would be out of business with ALL of the bad reviews I have read since leaving this establishment.STOP BEING DEFENSIVE AND FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!

I give two stars because the lady working the front was nice to me. The quality of the wash was below average, there were tons of water spots left on the outside and spray spots on the inside. The worst part was that it took an HOUR to get it washed on a weekday with only one person in front of me, one of the basic washes (no detailing). The car sat in the wash tunnel unattended for about 10 minutes before I had to tell the lady at the front that no one was working on it. For the amount of time it took and quality, I may as well have done it myself.

Been about three times. Friendly service, excellent prices, and a great hand wash. Only complaint would be that the facilities are a little rundown.

Splash car wash used to do a great job . The last time I visited, I was highly disappointed. There was road film let on my car and the worker had wiped my car with a dirty rag. So there were dirty swirls on my car. I showed my car to him and he wiped it again but, it was still dirty. My back window had dirty streaks.The under carriage was still dirty and I paid for the service. The floor mats were dirty.I do not know what happened but, Splash is no longer the best. By the way I paid for the DELUXE I dont know what type of tire shine is used but, it must be watered down. I went to the Wal-Mart on University Drive immediately after and the shine was gone when I reached the parking lot.

My 6 years old son can clean my car better than you guys, I just paid $22 plus $6 tips for nothing.

BEWARE! Go there only if you want your car torn up! They tore a 3 strip of tinting off my Cadillac Escalade the floor mats were wadded up in a bunch and thrown in the back of the car not vacuumed or anything,, the seatbelt apparatus cover where the seatbelt comes out was torn off and also thrown in the back of the car. When I talked to the owner (a middle Eastern person who seemed to have little comprehension of English, less in speaking it) according to some girl who worked there said that the damage to my tinting was like that before I came there because they dont use anything sharp that could have done the damage and they even refused to give me a refund. And they are running a headlight restoration scam, too. Horrible, horrible experience.

The outside of the car always looks good...but the inside not so much.

Took 2 solid hours and was not impressed with finished product. Waste of time, but lady inside was apologetic and nice.

Absolutely terrible. They scratched my car. They wash with dirty rags and filthy water out in the sun, and the people doing the washing appear to not have the required skills to properly care for a vehicle.

I will never use this car wash again. I thought I was going to have to fight the owner. After they finished drying my car, I had a scratch going down the driver side of the car right below the windows. The owner of Yoo-Nek Car Wash said, it didnt happen there. It;s a new car less than 2 months old. I paid over $47,000.00 for the car, you think I am going to do this myself. I looked at the rest of the car it was half washed. If you have a car that you want to keep it looking good dont use this place.

These folks do a really good job

After 2 hours of waiting I started looking around for what was going on with my car. The wash tunnel was nothing more than a dark tunnell where broken equipment has been replaced by a bucket of dirty water that someone was smearing on my car with the same dirty rags shared by previous cars. The interior clean up was just as rediculious is they took my handicap parking permit. I demanded my money back. Im not recommending this place.

This is the worst carwash ever every time I visit this carwash there’s a reason they can’t wash my car (hire more people) I have come there for several years, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Worse car wash ever. I just get out, after the finished my wife and I have to do it again. But you can fool me once.

Ive been going here since about the year 2000, I think the name is changed now but overall they do a great job, out of 50+ washes Ive only had maybe 2 times where they missed a few spots that are so minor I just wiped it off myself
