My car is 1.5 years old but some bread pudding sauce had gotten on a back floor mat, stepped in ice cream was on the front floor mats and carpet, sunblock had gotten on the leather seats and there was quite a bit of sand from the beach in the cargo area. I called up and asked when I could get in and he asked if I could bring it in right then, so off I went. 2.5 hours later its sparkling clean and smells so good. I have no qualms recommending Jays Auto Detailing for the expedient service, the immaculate cleaning that was performed, fabulous customer service and the cost. Ill definitely be back when its due again!

It has become very hard to find a place of good quality that will clean the inside and outside of a vehicle from top to bottom. I stopped in last minute and they had me in and out in no time. We’re moving overseas and required to get our vehicle deep cleaned before shipping it. After 2 days driving from North Dakota to Alabama and years of having 3 boys our vehicle was filthy. Jay and his team got our SUV spotless!First, being in the Armed Service I am prone to showing up to appointments early. Not only did Jay’s team arrive at 0945, one of them immediately walked to my vehicle and asked if I was dropping off or staying and got me set up.Then I met Jay. A consummate professional! Not only did we have great conversations about sports and business, but I watched as he installed a new desk for one of his clerks. The man knows what he’s doing and so does his team. Called about getting my van buffed and an interior detail. It had buffer marks and swirls from a bad buff job. He came and picked up my car and delivered it back to my home all within the same day I called. Great job and customer service!

Went here to get my back seat cleaned because my dog urinated in it and it was a fabricated seat. Jay cleaned/extracted/shampooed it and it smelled so good after. No trace of the smell at all after. Smelled so clean . The urine was only in 1 place but he did the entire back seat area anyway for $45. Really nice, professional, helpful, and reasonably priced business. Definitely recommend and will go here and recommend his business for all detailing needs in the future! 😁

Took car in because someone vomited in it, and the seats were not shampoo’d and was told they were. The outside of the car was great, but the inside was done in a rush and was not detailed. Wasn’t worth the money. Will just do it myself next time.

Been a customer for about a year and have never been disappointed with the look of my car! They provide great quality service without waiting all day. A full detail is less than 3 hours and the hand washes are just as good. Jay and the staff are very professional, friendly and will accommodate to your needs requested. I really want to give them a five star because they did such a nice job on a very hard interior job, HOWEVER, I made an appt to get my car done waited 4 HOURS because they were doing other ppls cars that were walked ins. So they come and ask me to come the next day mind you.l the reason I made it for FRIDAY is because I had an event to get to. I told them Ill come at 10 but I need my car done by 1230. The owner was really nice and said he would work on it himself and one of the workers said he would give me a hand wash. The owner said it would be done by 1230 but yet ots 1:16 and still nothing done. I was going to give the guys a $65 tip but after being screwed over I want nothing to do with this place. Staff are very nice but they need to be better about appt coming first.
