Nice enough. A bit pricey and one of the ladies who checked me out rang my bill up twice cause I didnt do a tip on the card I paid with. I used cash. Like pushing me to tip again. But my barber is good at her job.

They are nice and courteous,very friendly and they listen to what my son wanted he loved it and we’ve been going there ever since

I have used this location since moving to Huntsville in 2018. I have never had a bad haircut at this location. Lydia specifically is my favorite stylist at this location. She has always given an amazing experience, and a great cut. I have recommended this location to my friends and they have also shared in these good haircut experiences.

My experience in this SportsClips store is always excellent! Everyone is always super friendly and professional. My stylist, Amanda, always does a great job cutting and styling my hair. As always, she does whatever I ask for with such expertise. She also knows exactly what product I need. I always enjoy getting my hair cut here and I will back. Was great used app looked like it was going to be awhile for me and my son but Audrey was able to get us in and done a great job we both got haircuts and got my beard trimmed up nicely.

This place is clean and quick I got the mvp treatment which is a great experience Ill becoming come back for sure! The ladies are nice and friendly and great to talk to! They will ask you questions to fit the style you are looking for.

I have been in Huntsville 3 years now and the first 2 I went to another Sport Clips. But my stylist left and I had to find another shop. I found the perfect stylist at this shop and she is awesome. Hoping she stay for a while.

My bf went in with a full beard and came out with barely anything. They were not professional, he wanted a trim. Nothing was even straight with what she did. The manager wouldn’t give me corporates number so I could let them know what happened. He had to shave his entire face after that...

Never cared to see a regular stylist until I was recommended to see one here at Sports Clips. Everyone is very friendly, and my stylist knows how to do a proper fade.

Good cut every time. As a field service engineer, Ive been going to them at location all over the nation. They are very consistent.

Ive been going twice a month for a year now and Audrey always kills it.

I usually go at 9am when they open. Today 23 Dec 2019 is the last time I will visit this location. The girl with pink hair, cut my hair well, however her trimmers nicked me several places on my neck. Im concerned about how many other people shes probably nicked and how well she cleans the trimmers. On top of that they always have warm towels to put on your face while washing your hair. The reason I always get is because they just opened however there has to be a better way to do this.

Got a good haircut. Would recommend.

Went in and asked for approximately 2 1/2 inches to be removed from her that was approximately 8 inches long. Walked out of there with a virtual buzz cut. I am embarrassed and ashamed to be seen in public! I will be wearing a hat for months. I told the woman name Rebecca exactly what I wanted and she decided to do her own thing.

Everyone here is really nice. I would say almost every single haircut I get is exactly to standard so it is worth it. I never wait more than a few minutes and they keep it pretty clean.

Brittney was awesome! After reading some interesting Google reviews I decided to take a chance. I was happy to see the manager or owner was able to turn things around. I was extremely happy with my cut and the fine service of Ms. Brittney. I’ll gladly visit her for a haircut next time I’m in town!!!

Waited 45 minutes and was skip 3 times to other customers. I get you have to value old customers for them to keep coming back but if you dont value new customers how will you ever grow.

Walked in and got service immediately. My hair stylist was friendly and did a good job on my hair cut. She spent extra time making sure all the edges were even and straight. Ill be back next time I need a haircut.

Stay away from this place they close at 8pm and quit taking check-ins at 7:15 in store and then tell u check in online. Then u cant check in system is down. Should of went to the one in Madison a whole lot nicer and the staff makes u feel welcomed. Stay away from this location and go to the other nothing but good things about the others are said.Should of read the 3.5 stars score before I came.

I take my son here everytime for a hair cut. They do such an amazing job and are amazing with him. As a parent of a 12 year old Id definitely recommend.

Blonde stylist closing is rude negative and talking so horribly of their clientele with as customer which makes me so uncomfortable I am walking out. I came in before in New Year’s Eve and was treated so rude by her as well and was willing to give a second chance. 2019 is not her year and obviously neither is customer service. Other stylist was amazing and had great personality as a human to treat others well.

So Ive gone here many times in the last two years. All the stylists there are fine, except one. Be careful of Lori. She rushes through the haircut and misses a lot of areas. It seems like she recognizes this, as she styles your hair after in a way that hides the flaws. Its gotten to the point that Ill just leave if shes there.

Lady that cut my hair was too quick with clippers and made my head hurt when cutting my hair. No need to rush. Wont go back to this location because of it.

Just got a regular trim, service was fine and the haircut was as well but was around 20$ for the basic cut. Nothing terrible or extraordinary.

$5 cut for $20! Horrible, horrible haircut. I had to trim up around my ears when I got home. She missed an entire section of my hair. Complete dissatisfaction and Ill not return. The stylist (if you could call her that) looked filthy. And her skills were lacking. Furthermore Ill try to dissuade anyone from going here. Go anywhere else.

Rebecca cut my son’s hair. He is horrible about haircuts and she was super patient as he squirmed. She even got him to chill for the clippers, which was the first time anyone has ever been able to actually touch him with clippers. Thanks for your patience!!!

This was our first trying sportsclips. My fiance has semi long hair and wanted his dead ends cut and have his hair layered. For starters some of the staff were arguing as soon as we walked in, then the lady who calls him back to work on his hair was rude, then to end it all we went in at 5 after we checked in online and she worked on his hair for only 10 min and his hair looked literally the same other than like 2 layers.

Their customer service/interaction with customers needs improving.

I have been taking my son and myself here for 3 years. Staff is friendly and always have been professional. They are GREAT.

Extremely slow, works argued and were very lazy. Decent hair cut besides it being roughly done. Dont go unless you have 2 hours to watch the 3 works gossip before your haircut.

I asked for an inch off all around and she takes out a razor blade and starts taking off 3 or 4 all around and thinning it completely out to where you can see my scalp regularly. Then they forgot that I asked for an mvp.

Dont bother going here. They are not very professional. They cant keep up with more than 1 person on the waiting list. After I waited 40 minutes with a couple of workers just hanging out there, someone walks in and was taken right back. Also, their wanting your phone number and email address is a little invasive.

Never received a bad haircut here.

With all the hype I thought it would be a great experience, I was so wrong, when I asked for a regular haircut she had no clue what that was, Wikipedia describes it, so I told her what it was, when she started with the clippers I thought Hannibal lector was trying to dig down to my brain, when I got home my wife had to square off the back of my neck because it was crooked, my advice is go to a real barber or even Walmart.

They were very welcoming!

This place does not value the customers time. Over the past year every month I went, all 12 months, the wait was over 45 minutes. Sometimes well over an hour. They will not allow you to call ahead and do not make appointments.
