I myself own a business and the way he takes care of me really is outstanding. Polite, easy to talk to, & recommends certain things that I had no clue would make my haircuts look better. I appreciate this place because of the simplicity yet uniqueness of Greasy Hands. The music selection is always awesome. Great vibes all around.

Have been seeing Jacob every 2 weeks for a couple months now. Appointment setting is very easy, always clean inside, good music, and hands down the most consistently good haircuts I’ve ever had. The price is more than your standard great clips or sport clips, but honestly I would probably pay more if they made me lol

New to Huntsville, found out about Greasy Hands and decided to give it a try. Jacob cut my hair and di a fantastic job. Ive been going to Great Clips during the meantime and to say this was a nice refresher is an understatement. Also i love the idea of doing business locally and these guys are top notch.

This is a five start barbershop no doubt about it. Atmosphere is awesome. Every guy there is serious about what they do. Its a craft and a passion for them. They listen to their clients and always give them 110%. I personally go to Cody but I would have confidence in any of the guys there.

Worked with Jacob. Not much of a wait, professional service, listened to what I needed, and provided it all at a great price. Received a beard trim with a hot towel. I will definitely be back!

Best barbershop in Alabama. Professional, engaging, personable...those are all icing on the cake of getting the best cuts/beard trims around. You can tell they genuinely want you to be happy but they also want to give you their professional opinion. Its a fine balance and they know exactly how to find it. Cody is my guy but I watch the other barbers/artists and all are equally great with their clients. Almost everyone that walks through the door gets greeted by name.

The atmosphere in this shop is chill and welcoming. I’m in my twenty’s and I’ve never really found a barber shop that I have went to consistently as an adult. Today makes the second time I’ve used Cody at Greasy Hands in Huntsville and I’ve definitely found my new favorite barber shop and barber. Cody’s attention to detail and professionalism show in every step of the hair cut process. His tools and equipment are always clean and neat, his area stays clean, he’s on time and pays attention to every detail of the hair cut. Both times I’ve been extremely impressed with how detail oriented he is during the hair cut, always checking and double checking things and going to extra mile to fix anything that catches his eye. He is also honest which I appreciate, and I’ve asked for his opinion a couple of times when deciding which direction to go with my hair.The atmosphere of the shop is super cool and laid back. Every time I go I notice a new piece of artwork or poster that I haven’t noticed before, or I hear a song I like. Went to Huntsville Greasyhands for the first time today to let new guy, JonLiles, trim my hair since he came from a women’s salon to learn barber skills. I’m a woman who prefers male tonsorial artists Jon listened to my detailed desires on how I wanted to look. He took painstaking care to carefully snip away to achieve my desired look. He succeeded wonderfully beyond expectations. I’m going back I met Cody and Dan as well and enjoyed our conversations. Roscoe the shop dog will be back soon. Can’t wait to meet him too. A great group of guys who are true craftsmen. Go to the mall if all you want is a haircut. Come here to look like you care about what you look like. A word of advice. Book a week in advance. Dont expect to get in on a whim. These guys are the best, so theyre stacked up for days.

One of the few places in town to get a proper fade. The guys here are very talented and passionate about their work. Cody will spend as much time as you will let him to get the cut perfect.To top it off the atmosphere is great and they usually have some good music playing.

Greasy Hands is the best barber shop I have ever been to. I can walk in with 100% confidence that I am constantly going to get an amazing cut/fade. I have been going to Cody for close to a year and I have gone to Daniel twice. They are such nice people and will work with you if you don’t know all the haircut terminology, so don’t worry about that. They are incredible and I could not recommend this place more!

Finally, a truly great haircut where they make you feel fresh. Went in for the first time today - Dan gave me a truly great cut and was very understanding of everything I wanted. The other gentlemen were also kind and inviting. These are friendly and true professionals working here. Ill be gladly coming here for all my cuts in the future.New update: Obviously Jon the new guy, who replaced Seth, is super vacant at the moment and Daniel/Cody are booked to the max because people are wary of how the new guy cuts. Since I haven’t been able to book with Dan and Cody, I’ve gotten my hair cut the past 3-4 times by Jon. He did an excellent job each time and has a superbly friendly personality. He’ll cut your hair just as well.

These guys are the real deal and I wouldnt trust my beard to anyone other than Cody. Theres a reason I havent picked up my trimmer in over a year and its because of him.They do everything, theres no reason to go anywhere else in this city for a barbers appointment. By far my favorite haircut in Huntsville every single time. If there is a downside it’s that you have to plan out a bit to make sure you get in, but that’s a small price to pay. Cody and Seth have nothing cut my hair now and both do an excellent job.
