This is an auto care with excellent job,I lost hope totally that my car might not work anymore but they fixed it.

They were changing a mass mass air sensor and for almost 6 weeks they had my car they will never answer the phone they never text my car caught fire and act like it was my fault and every time I go there theres another excuse they would never order the part that they need so after finally calling there every day and going several times a week they still have my car and are not finished worst experience ever I would avoid them at all costs nobody speaks English and I feel that all these reviews on here are self-reviews they have to be fake reviews worst place ever Id rather go to the dealership

They have good mechanical service and affordable prices to my pocket.

Well my third round of repairs. I think these people are great mechanics. I like the way they tell you in advance the work needing done and the cost. They seem to take pride in the work they do. Lets face it car repair is not cheap so you want people like Morton;s staff working on your car. They are my choice. Bob L Huntsville

I have used Morton exclusively for the last 5 years. The shop can be a bit on the slower side, but the owner is always up front about how long the repair should take. They are always busy, which should be an indication of the quality of work that they do. If you are looking for a quality work at a more than reasonable price, this is the place for you!

Ive used Morton Automotive for years and have never had a problem with their service. I occasionally have to wait but its worth it. Very nice people to deal with.

Robert Morton is a good ol boy, Always has heart for the person who owns the vehicle...My son had an ignition problem in his Volkswagen Jetta, I told him to go to Morton Right away, Morton stayed with my son for an hour helping him and explaining what was going on, called the dealership in the Woodlands and found a free warranty to fix my sons car...a truly caring man.

To everyone in the Huntsville area, my Mother went to Morton Automotive and was treated like crap. After 4 hours they had still not diagnosed her problem and when I called to ask about her car the owner told me if (because after extensive research I had an idea of what the problem was) told me if I knew what the problem was why didnt I fix it myself and then hung up on me.I never raised my voice... or was ugly and when I called back they told me they would put her car back together and only charge her for what they had done.I ask about their ad on the radio where they say if they cant fix it then they dont charge for what they have done(which was only diagnostic work).The owner hung up on me again, finished and out her car back together and sent her on her way (no charge and they didnt close her hood all the way)!!!Be forewarned dont use Morton Automotive on 75n.

Absolutely horrible!! I asked for my car to be fixed and payed a hefty price to have it done. Although it was only a couple of hours to fix. In return, I drive my car less than 10 miles and find the exact same problem still exists. Im going back to this place as soon as they open to find out exactly how they plan to fix my vehicle the right way. I repost on the results.

***DO NOT GO HERE!!!!**** MY CAR WAS SITTING THERE OVER A MONTH. WITHIN THAT MONTH, THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY TORE MY CAR APART. I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND MY CAR WAS NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION I LEFT IT. THEY CHARGED ME $200 FOR NOTHING. THE MANAGER WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY KEYS UNTIL I PAID HIM IN FULL. THE PLACE DID $200 + WORTH OF DAMAGE. THE MANAGER WAS VERY IRATE AND HE WENT A GOT A HAMMER FOR MY BROTHER BECAUSE MY BROTHER REFUSED TO PAY $200. UNFORTUANTELY WE HAD TO PAY THE MONEY TO GET THE KEYS. THIS PLACE IS BAD BUSINESS. IF I COULD AFFORD A LAWYER I WOULD FILE A LAWSUIT ON HIS ASS.

I took my vehicle there, told me that they were going to check it and fix it, during the time of waiting, never got a call of the status of the vehicle, I would call them AMD they told me that they order the part which they didnt. It was three weeks that they kept the vehicle, I decided to pick it up. Upon arrival, they never order the part, and never fixed it. NEVER AGAIN ILL COME HERE, BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!
