Kia has Very poor quality. 2018 Kia Soul. 82,000 miles. Motor locked up due to known oil consumption from a factory defect. Mine is #14 in line out of 24 vehicles with the same issue. My car has been there over a week. It has not been looked at yet. They are telling me it will be 1 month to look at it and 2 or more months to repair it under warranty with a new motor. They are not willing to provide me with a rental car to make a repair that is under warranty. So unless you are willing to walk DO NOT buy a Kia especially one from University Kia which is owned by Greenway. The service department is way below par.

I dont like buying cars. There I said it... However the team at University Kia, especially Calvin Owens made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable on all the offerings on the lot, new as well as used. Calvin worked with me to find a vehicle that fitted my needs, most of my wants, and most importantly my budget. I appreciate the entire staff of University Kia for their commitment to the best customer experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle.

Double check when they offer you their loans, they write on paper that they will pay off your trade in and then add whatever they didn’t actually give you for it onto your cost of your loan and when you call them out on it they say you are slandering them and they have lawyers, absolutely ridiculous. The agents are friendly but I won’t be going back to this place. I got a better deal down the road in less then an hour and all the information was laid out clearly on paper. I kept my paperwork just in case.

If you want to pay $7,000 over sticker price with no room for any negotiation this is your place. I realize cars are scarce but a 1.5 hour drive can save your THOUSANDS of dollars, or drive 2 miles away and buy a Hyundai for MSRP. The showroom is in bad condition as well; dirty, stained ceiling tiles, etc. My advice is to stay far away.

This place is the most unprofessional dealership that I have ever dealt with. I was trying to purchase a 2022 Carnival from them and they couldnt find one for me and told me I had to wait. I was fine with that because I didnt need the car until May and there is a car shortage nationally right now due to silicon being in short supply to make the components for the vehicles. It has been almost month and they have stopped answering my phone calls and the manager sends me straight to his voicemail. It took me saying I want my deposit back to even get him on the phone. When I finally talked to him he was very passive aggressive. If they would have just called me back when they said they were going to or made an effort to keep me informed at all then I would have been fine and I would have waited.I swear to you I am not some Karen that gets mad over little things. They are genuinely just nice to your face to sell you a car and are the embodiment of a stereotypical car salesman. Good luck to anyone who buys from here. Maybe your experience will be better than mine, but if they have to find you a car or they dont have it then good luck with the communication. Luckily they will give you your deposit back if you do run into this.

Went there for a service on a 2013 optima we already had but were in need of an additional car, we were helped by Daniel from service and Andrew Harris on the sales side, they were very nice and attentive. Excellent service from Andrew and his supervisor as well.

I would give the service dept a zero if I could! The worst customer service I have ever experience with any service dept! Of course, the purchasing process is not the problem. The minute you need your car serviced, you WILL have a the most horrible experience! Its been 35 days and I still have not gotten my brand new car back. According to them, I only need the fuel tank clean, so why does it take 35+ days!. No one has even looked at it! Dan, the so called repair man, lied to me for 3 weeks until I finally found out the truth. He kept telling me that he was moving along in the process, this was done, that was done, blah blah blah. Come to find out, it was sitting for 3 weeks and nobody even knew where it was. Three people took 30 mins to locate it! I knew I should have gone to Mazda! Reach out to the General manager, no response. Talked to 3 managers, no one wants to take ownership or even knows what to do to rectify this. I am so disappoint! 30k and I cant even enjoy my vehicle smh
