Made an appointment over a week in advance. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning for a simple repair job. At the end of the day they still hadnt looked at it. I understand that things get busy and estimates are not exact, but what was the appointment for? Brought it back the next day and the repairs were done, but inadequate. Still having some minor related issues. I wont be back.

Gets you in pretty fast, but may take a few minutes, depends on needs. You can get a free ride any where close if needed. Im getting oil changed and tires rotated,and air-conditioning checked. I have a loose light above tag that fell out, not sure what happened but may need reaplacement. Friendly service. Will continue to be using service. Oh yes free coffee.

Chris is a great service rep. He bends over backwards to get you timely service, briefed on work to be done and that was done. I felt very comfortable. Going back for phase two soon.
