After my car was hit right before I was leaving to go out of town I called my insurance agent who suggested to go somewhere locally and close by to have them evaluate if I could make the eight hour round trip that I had to do and could not get out of. Thankfully Joe Hudson Collision Center understand my predicament and even had an employee from enterprise pick me up from their location to get my rental while they waited for the paperwork to come over from the claims office of my insurance company. They kept me informed of each step of getting my car fixed. When I had to work out of town and wouldn’t be back till the end of the week they got an extension for my rental so I didn’t have to contact my claims office. Even when a part was delayed they made sure that the claims office of my insurance company was aware so that my rental car was extended till they were able to get the part in. Everyone at the office was professional courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs done.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Joe Hudson did on my car. Due to past experiences, I really do not like other people working on my car but Joe Hudson relieved my worries. I got rear ended and had damage to my bumper cover. They had to replace the cover with a new one and repaint it. The finish on the paint was as close to perfect as you can get. Matched the rest of the car really well. You could never tell I was hit. Not only did they do a perfect job, I got my car back THE NEXT DAY! This customer service cannot be matched. I 100% recommend coming here for any work you need done to your car. 10/10

We got our van repaired at Joe Hudsons Collision on Bob Wallace the team there was very professional, they kept us informed on the status of our vehicles repair via text, they were even kind enough to keep the shop open after hours for our late pick up. We received a quote for a damaged vehicle for 1,600 dollars for a vehicle that was damaged by a piece of aluminum flying off of our truck . We gave the ok for the repair. The vehicle is now in their shop and the price has gone up over 50%!!! We are now told we have to pay $2493.00 !!!! I understand estimates go up but this is ridiculous . Joe Hudson is now higher than the competing paint shop that we chose them over ! So do not trust these guys with their estimate. They know how to take advantage of you and will! Don’t trust them. The estimate writers are not good at their jobs.

This place needs a reality check. Maybe they need to replace the mediocre mechanics because they aren’t doing what they are being paid to do. I’ve seen 80 yr olds perform faster and more efficient than these so called “mechanics” being paid $48, almost $50 an hr. It would take one wk for an active 80-yr old for these guys one FULL month to complete. DO your job!!

I would honestly give this place 0 stars if it were an option. Our van was hit and our door had to be replaced. They fixed the door, got the van back to us and all seemed to be well. The driver window stopped working a day later. So we had to call back. We were told a the part would be in next week.... this persisted for 2 weeks until they finally told us they forgot to order the part. Flash forward to the next Tuesday and they finally have the part. They told us it was an easy 10 minuet fix and wed be in and out. So we bring the van back with all 3 of our small kids because we had other errands to run. An hour later and were still here... they bought a cheap switch so the driver window still doesnt work and now well have to take it to the dealership. Not the place to go if you want anything done. If you want shoddy work, unreasonable expectations, and the runaround than this place is for you.Edit and update:It really was shoddy work. After telling us they checked all the fuses we learned that the cause of the driver window not working was a blown fuse. My husband was able to replace it himself within a few minutes after looking up a how to online.

My wife called to get an estimate and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. Told us we HAD to have a claim number to get an estimate. We had a claim number but my wife didnt have it on hand. They made just getting an estimate feel like we had to commit to using them to repair our vehicle. Very unprofessional.

All the employees were very cheerful and courteous. They let me drop my car off at 7:00am, before opening, to allow me to get to work on time.I appreciated that.

I had to bring my 2017 Honda Odyssey in for some rear bumper damage from a fender bender. I was able to call them and bring the car in for an estimate. I was then given the date July 31st to bring the car in for the repairs. The man I spoke with told me to bring it in as early as possible. Im glad I did! I dropped it off at 8am when they opened and they called me around 4pm stating it was ready to be picked up! My car looks good as new and they even cleaned out the inside of my car.

Wonderful customer service and body work here! They said it would take 4-6 days for repairs to be made. The evening of day 3 they were done. I couldnt make it that night before closing, so I renturned my rental the next morning and got the rental place to drop me off at Joe Hudson. The warranty on the work they preformed seems good. Looking at my van, I couldn’t help but to slightly yell, “It looks so good!” It really does they matched the paint color very well and the bumpers are lined up so good. Everything looks wonderful. They cleaned up behind themselves very well inside and out. Outstanding job!! Thank you so much foreveryone’s hard work.

Great experience! Had an accident where my car went into a shallow ditch and messed up some things in the front (bumper, things in the engine compartment, etc.). Got a few things fixed at Damson Honda but they said I needed body work. After prodding, they told me THEY use Joe Hudson. Good enough for me - Ive have great experiences with the Damson repair folks. My car was still driveable so I scheduled a full repair at Joe Hudson. They said it would take about six days to take it all apart, determine all the parts needed, and fix. This turned out to be exactly correct. Got it back yesterday. I was thrilled they did such a great job and would recommend to anyone.

Great warranty service on my Honda Ridgeline fender repair! It had been several years since the original fender repair was done by the former owner of this shop and Mike Libb took the time to locate the record for the repair, and then check with the corporate office to make sure the fender liner replacement would be covered under the warranty.
