They was packed. Made an appointment last week for today was told it would take an hour. They said they was backed up it was going to be 3 hours are longer. Finally got an answer going to take a week to ten days to get parts in to fix the problem.This place is so much better then Serra Volkswagen in Center Point.They have really nice people working there.The only thing that would have been better would be to keep the time period for service on the vehicle. I was told it would be an hour to hour and a half.Got there and was told three to three and half hours before they could get to my car.

I wanted it. I needed this car in my life! To be fair and smart we checked out Toyota and Ford and had the worst time taking to those sales people. They just didnt care. Mr Payne is a professional! He found a very rare color combination and it was delivered within 36 hrs! It was a perfect transaction! He knows his product, explains all options and methods of acquisition. When we had questions they were answered clearly and cheerfully. Do not buy a vehicle from Volkswagen especially the Huntsville location. Once again my car has the engine light on snd I can’t be seen until 8/11 this is ridiculous. They have no loaners or offer anything else to help. I guess you park your car until they can get to you. Poor service. I do not recommend anyone buying from them you will never get your car seen timely!

When I bought my car a year ago, the salesman was incredibly rude. Signing us up for services we didn’t agree to, so we had to fight to get him to take them off. Since then, the service has been unhelpful and inconsiderate at best. I asked for a quote on some work, and I had to bring my car in TWICE just for them to tell me they couldn’t do the work and that I had to bring it somewhere else. A waste of time and money!

I had a great car buying experience with Hiley Volkswagen. I attempted to work with a local dealer in Atlanta, but that did not workout. I called Hiley to see about working a deal, and they blew the local dealer out of the water. Alan Benefield was a great sales guy, and I would work with him again any day. My finance guy Brad was fantastic!

Wish I had something good to say. Bad business. Have received 2 letters in the mail urging me to get my car serviced due to a safety recall involving the driver frontal airbag. The letter reads “An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death.” Not to mention my seatbelt code popped up on my dash last week. So I call and they tell me that the airbag is on back order (which I totally understand) but that I needed to call back monthly to check and see if it’s in. What?! So you’re telling me there’s a chance I could be seriously injured or die and I’m supposed to call you guys back once a month? What type of business is that? I asked the question if they could just go ahead and order the part for my personal vehicle and call me whenever it came in.. and they wouldn’t do that. Left it up to me to call. At this point I’m angry. I told them in no way this was how you do business. What happens if it blows up? Am I responsible? They have nothing to say or willing to do anything.

Ill go with 4 stars. Took it in for an oil leak. Was told my car was ready and went to pick it up. To my surprise, when I went to pull onto university, it shut off. After starting it over and over, I made it back in to the dealership. Turns out it wasnt ready yet. They kept it and got it fixed up and back to me today. This time I made it home without any hiccups. Great recovery on their part. I bought this car from them and had great service back then. It is by far one of my favorite vehicles.

My family and I are new to the Huntsville area and my wife was looking for a new vehicle to replace her 2019 Toyota Camry with 100k+ miles on it (former Uber driver). Kudos to Tairon Payne, the Internet Sales Manager at Hiley VW! We stopped in on Monday, 8/9 to look at a 21 Passat that they had, as well as the new Taos. Tairon was extremely patient with us and also exceedingly respectful of our time crunch (we were closing on our new home the same day at 11:00AM, so we completed the new car purchase in two phases). When we arrived at Hiley VW at 9:00 AM, I told Tairon we had a hard stop at 10:30 AM, but could come back to finish the transaction after closing on our new home. Tairon completely understood and set us up with a quick test drive of both the 21 Passat and the 22 Taos. My wife ended up liking the Passat due to more interior space. Once we had decided on the vehicle, Tairon was EXTREMELY efficient with chewing through as much of the up front paperwork/numbers stuff as possible. When we departed for our new home closing at 10:30 AM, Tairon promised to proceed with remaining paperwork, as well as delivery prep of the new Passat. When we returned to the dealership at 12:30 PM, the car was ready to go, and we were quickly processed through Finance. Tairon was super responsive and flexible throughout the entire purchase experience. Thank you, Tairon, for a seamless buying experience...we will DEFINITELY be back to Hiley in the future!

Ive scheduled an appointment online and called multiple times. 4 days + since I scheduled an appointment, 2 days since I called last..... the soonest they can get me in is at the end of the month, 3 weeks+ away. I have a question about services to begin with. I left several messages and even got hung up on once (accidentally I believe when being transferred). No call-backs whatsoever. I may bring my car back to Village VW in Chattanooga because they at least try to answer your questions when you call. Hiley may be able to get me in sooner? If I dont need a certain service they may have an app soon....but I havent got a clear answer...nor any definitive response from Hiley VW; they do not seem to care whatsoever. Village VW at least is responsive and tries to be helpful when I call. I feel like my vehicle will be better treated and serviced there. Knowing people who work as mechanics, those who answer the phone do not represent the workers, yet its sad they are driving me away from this dealership. I feel Ill just be another number/brick in the wall at Hiley.
