Thank you Chris and the 2 roadside mechanics that assisted us. Our work truck simply shut off on the highway. Prices were disclosed up front. No surprises. Once the mechanics arrived they were able to diagnose the problem right away. The fuel leveling valve was discovered to be the issue. They put enough diesel in the truck to get us to the next gas station and followed us. We filled up the secondary tank and on our way we were. Made it home safe and in a timely manner. Will get the valve replaced with my local mechanic. I personally appreciated the follow up text message asking if we had made it safe. Again. Thank you Chris and your staff.

I called Chris from F & G Tire in the middle of the night on a Sunday! He answered right away, was professional and also made a really stressful situation so much easier. He wasn’t able to assist in what I needed BUT he gave me contact information for someone who could and made sure I was able to get the help I needed. If I’m ever in a bind...he would be the first one I call!

They did a very professional job, me and my girlfriend broke down in the middle of the street and they came right away checked everything for us and got it done within 30 minutes and we were on our way. Will definitely be calling them if anything happens again very great business!

It was at 10pm and he thought I would just bend over and take it, well Chris I didn’tI shoulda made ur driver come to me then cancel but that would be pretty much what u tried to do to me

Hi,Folks call this company and talk to Mr Chris told him about the problem was having with truck and he told me what I need and cost but it was 4hrs wait,but I couldnt wait that long he then gave me another company number to call so I did but I give him 2 thumbs up for that

Flat tire on a Sunday...so thankful for his service. He answered my call, very professional, came right away and patched my flat. He even added air to the rest of my tires. I’ll be calling them for any further roadside issues

Got robbed paid almost $700 just to fix half of the hose to the compressor to the dryer. Then next week the other side broke and I only pay $250 to fix it the hard part behind the compressor

Thank you to f&g. We were stranded yesterday when a wheel fell off our 5th wheel. The 2 men they sent were professional, nice and competent. They not only repaired the broken wheel but made sure to check all the others (and found another problem) to make sure we were safe. While not cheap, given the two spent over 6 hours on the repairs then add cost of parts we found their price very reasonable.

Rude man who answers and is not willing to help

Chris has great service over there. There store has been closed for the holidays. But they sent their Road Service guys to put on 2 trailer tires on the side of the road by hand. They came out at 2am so I could make back to Florida for Christmas. God Bless yall.

Showed up on time and fixed my flat I had with no problems with the service as it was quick. The man that changed my tire was nice and even looked at my flare tire while working on putting on the spare. Nice people know what their doing would use again.

Well, they answered the phone right away. Im not sure how Im at the scale on I45, and I need air in a tire. How much for a service call? is being vague, but he (whoever) told me to call Loves. I did, and they didnt seem to have a problem understanding what I needed.

Mitch and his friend came out to help us within minutes of requesting service! They went above and beyond to make sure me and my family got back on the road within 15 minutes! Thank you so much! A true blessing in a time of distress!

F & G 24hr were the only ones that answered at 3am in the morning. I was very happy to see them.. They werent cheap but i guess who is at 330 in the morning. Very professional and fast service. And i was able to make my drop at TDCJ.Like Chris said Fast & Good! Very true.

Chris cussed me out on the phone because I had a question about the invoice. Without giving me a chance to talk or even ask my question he said “so your not going to pay the fxxxing bill? Well then I will take you to court, I’ll just put you down as failure to pay. You don’t know who you are fxxxing dealing with mother fxxxer.” They are very pricey and take advantage of the situation. He then proceeded to brag that they charged another guy twice as much up to $1000.00 for less miles and a smaller hose. This company is very unprofessional and takes offense when you have simple questions about an invoice to better understand the charges. I do not recommend using their roadside assistance. You will regret it if you do.
