Absolutely in love with this place! They are so helpful and even called to ask if we needed anything during the random blizzard/beginning of the apocalypse. So sweet! The car looks great and Now they have this fancy new Warranty that comes with the tow service. all with a tow service. I don’t think they could get any better. Love y’all!!

Had an issue driving up I-45 for the holidays where an adjacent 18-wheelers tire blew out and I couldnt avoid driving over tire scraps! The bottom of the front bumper was torn as a result and we had no idea what to do because we were on our way from Houston to Dallas. It was dragging along the ground and likely to cause more damage. Luckily, right before we checked the damage out, we saw Amayas Collision Center and decided to circle back around. Im glad we did, because they were very understanding of the situation and helped us out with a quick fix to get us going until we afford some time for a more permanent solution. Were grateful for the great service. Id recommend anyone in the area come by for a five star vehicle servicing experience.

Amayas did a wonderful job on my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. Gave a jeep a love tap on 45 and messed up my chrome bumper, grill and front fenders. Only took a week to fix. When I dropped it off Javier was very informative and reassuring that we would get my truck done asap. When I picked it up was clean, vaccumed and even had tire cleaner on it. Definitely recommend Amayas to anyone in Huntsville. Thanks Amayas for fixing my baby! Repaired damage cause by hitting curb. Mess up front left underside of car. No cosmetic needed. I loved the manner in which they operated. They went to work on the car just as soon as parts were in and completed it the same day. Awesome service and the fact they cleaned inside and outside of my car was an A+ action!!!!! Also didnt hold my car hostage while waiting for the insurance payment to get there.. Kudos to everyone from phone answering all the way to collecting the money.

They took my car in and said it would be finished on the same day I gave it to them. I called the next day and they ordered the wrong part. 4 days later and my car is still there.... that is ridiculous. Especially for a simple mirror repair.

Awesome customer service and cooperation! They managed to get my vehicle back to me 20 days after my collision. They worked with me and my insurance every step of the way, ensuring that my vehicle was the way I wanted it to be. They were super easy with allowing me to replace stock parts with aftermarket parts and even managed to reimburse me with the parts I bought since it saved from purchasing some stock parts and labor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone at any time.

The work done by the employees of Amayas on our Ford super duty truck after a tire blowout damaged the whole right rear panel including muffler and tailgate was excellent. The timeframe for the repair was fair. The truck looked like new when we received it. I highly recommend Amayas Collision Center if you need repair work done on your vehicle.

Did good work but kinda sketchy cuz the underside of my bumper looks like they just patched it up with some bumper bolts to hold it in place instead of reshaping it and making it look like new. Not sure how I feel about that. I’d rather it been done the other way.

Nelson Amaya has an outstanding repair shop and he backs his work 100%!One of my trucks was involved in an accident and I chose Amayas to handle the repair because they are on State Farms preferred list.The damages were extensive, almost $12,000, and included replacement of the entire rear axle assembly plus body work. Amayas completed the work in about 10 days and my truck looked new.Unfortunately, after a couple of thousand miles, my right rear axle failed and Amaya had my truck towed in the same. They replaced the axle at no charge and I had my truck back in 3 days.I immediately left for an out of state construction project, and the replacement axle failed 400 miles from home. Understand that these were original GM factory components, not some used or locally rebuilt parts.I called Nelson Amaya immediately, and he arranged to send me a crew cab 4X4 pickup on a rollback wrecker and return my truck to be repaired. I was able to continue on to my project, get the project completed, and return home 2 weeks later.Amaya installed another GM factory rear axle assembly and my truck was waiting when I returned with no charge for the repairs nor the 800 mile round trip to bring me a replacement truck and take mine back to Huntsville! Just Outstanding Service!

Took my door to get a door painted... when i got my car back the woodgrain inside the door was cracked in 2 places... its almost $1000 to replace these two pieces... you have to take the door panel off to be able to paint the door to get a seal... when i called back he said the he didnt agree that his fault ... dude you took my door panel off and my wood grain was cracked and the paint job was SHITTIE and my window wouldnt roll down.... will never go back to this place.. maybe thats acceptable in your country .. BUT NOT HERE MORON
