I had a vehicle dropped off by the seller to euro tech for a pre purchase inspection. When I called them for a feedback, the employee was very honest. She said that the vehicle have electrical issues and other matter that might caused me more money in the long run. She didn’t even charge me due to the fact they couldn’t perform the complete test on the vehicle due to the electrical malfunction. This business possibly saved me $15,000 to $20,000 just by being honest about the pre purchase inspection. Based on my experience with other certified BMW dealerships, I’m sure they will not be so thorough as euro tech. (I don’t want to bore the readers with my sad stories about certified dealers.) I was thinking of ways to appreciate euro tech for their business and I figured an honest, positive feedback is the best way to go. Thank you to Euro Tech and Mr. Brit.

Visited summer 2020This place did a job for $470 when Century BMW quotted $1300. They were professional, thorough, and friendly (for an auto shop). They did the job they said theyd do, at the price agreed upon. They did the repair last week, and I have no issues so far. Ill report back if something changes.Would certainly use again.

If you live in Huntsville or the surrounding areas this is where you should bring your BMW. I brought my 07 328i in after experiencing some shaking while accelerating. I brought it in on a Monday morning so I didnt expect to get my car back for at least a day or two, but not only were they able to diagnose my problem the same day they were able to fix my car the same day as well. I could have picked it up that day but they wanted to keep it overnight and run a few more tests on Tuesday morning just to make sure that everything was good. They explained everything to me and were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable through the entire process. Linda and Chris (I think that was his name) were fantastic and I wont be taking my BMW anywhere else from now on.

I have done business with Euro Tech on multiple occasions. They were consistently honest and upfront with me about all repairs. They are quick and far less expensive than the dealership option. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. The invoice was very detailed and all charges were clearly noted. I will never take my BMW anywhere else. First class operation.

Very honest and helpful. I took my 2008 BMW 328i into their shop thinking that I needed to change my transmission fluid since I hadnt changed it but they checked it and explained that I didnt need to change the fluid if I missed the scheduled change at 75,000 because it would cause further issues. They checked my car and gave me advice free of charge.

I took my car in for a coolant leak. After two separate trips to the shop they finally fix it. The first trip was expensive, which didn’t fix my problem. The owner was dodgy when I brought it back, wouldnt show me my part that he replaced (I had to dig it out of the dumpster myself) which didnt show the wear that I was told. The next trip didn’t cost a thing, it was an O-ring, but the problem was fixed. This leads me to think that I just bought the most expensive O-ring on the planet. Not to mention that the lady at the counter interrupted me so much, I could hardly tell her what I needed.

It seems the review I left a couple years ago was deleted, so I will rewrite it. I do not recommend this shop. I took an e46 M3(SMG transmission) I had there back in 2016. I spent days tracking down what I thought was the issue, which I thought to be the clutch. I bought the parts and they agreed to first verify my diagnosis and then if I was correct install my new clutch kit for $1200. I dropped the car off and they called me later saying it was the hydraulic pump. For anyone who knows these cars, thats probably the most expensive item on it. They quoted me $5700 to replace it. I said no, Id just come get the car. As soon as I got there I noticed the car was in the exact spot I left it. Due to the transmission issue, the car was stuck in neutral and had to be chocked in place out of the way behind the shop. I took the car home, got prepared to pull the pump to rebuild it, but had the intuition that it just wasnt the pump. So I hooked the car back up to a laptop with $25 INPA software and started going through everything. Hydraulic pump values were normal, priming was within normal intervals, the only code I had already found was clutch related and the only value out of place was the clutch position. So, I took it over to another place who werent BMW experts, but were reputable. They wouldnt install my parts, only OEM but listened to what I had to say and agreed to check it out and diagnose it. Final diagnosis: it was the clutch and other related components. Total cost was just under $2000 parts, labor, and 2 year warranty. Euro Techs very incorrect diagnosis cost me a few hundred dollars in tow fees and a couple extra weeks of not having a vehicle in spite of the fact I basically gave them the diagnosis. I dont think they looked at the car at all. I think they just went straight to the most expensive related part. Who knows, maybe they are BMW experts, but they definitely have no clue what theyre doing when it comes to an M car. The car had zero symptoms relating to what happens when a pump fails, so I dont know how they possibly couldve came to that diagnosis. Kevin Auto Repair, who ultimately did the work, didnt have a hard time confirming my diagnosis. Its been 2 years and probably about 10,000 to 15,000 miles and the car is running just fine. Same hydraulic pump.TL;DR: Shady shop. Go somewhere else.

These guys really know what theyre talking about and will work on your BMW at a fraction of the dealership price. Its still not cheap, but its cheapER than the dealership. I almost paid a body shop over $3,000 to repair something on my 328i; then I called Eurotech and found out my problem was a common one and that BMW would fix it FOR FREE! Honesty like that is hard to find nowadays. Highly recommend this place.
