I started as a beginner here with little to no knowledge of the sport. I was put into the “beginner” class which seemed to have people who have been participating for around a year plus. I Started the class thinking I would have been in a true beginner class where they at least go over the basics that I didn’t know. But instead the class started as it would for the people who have been there for around a year. For the money spent, I do not believe as a beginner that it was worth it. I’m sure for someone with more knowledge looking for a new place to train that it’s great. But my experience as a beginner was not worth the price of admission. Would not recommend to anyone just starting off.
