Avoid like the plague! The five-star reviews are FAKE! In 2015, I had the unfortunate occurrence of breaking down in front of their shop. They ripped me off with unnecessary repairs that didnt even fix the problem. Wanted me to pay for services done so far to my car, and it took a month for them to fix my car. Took it to another place and they had to undo the harm Richs did to my car and took care of what was really wrong with my car--a faulty crank sensor.

Got car inspected here. They failed my car and said it needed new front brakes. Took my car to different location to get brakes replaced, new autoshop said my brakes were fine to pass inspection. They passed me. Cheap trick to get me to replace my brakes with them.

I had an exhaust leak on my truck and some frame rot,, it took a lil longer than I expected but great work cant be rushed, the guys at this garage put a genuine smile on my face without breaking my bank. Thanks again guys! I definitely would recommend these guys!

I was traveling cross country with a camper trailer, pulled up at 4:30pm on a Thursday afternoon with a busted radiator. They had a new one in and had me on my way within 2 hours. And the pricing was well below average. Phenomenal establishment I luckily stumbled upon.

Incredibly friendly and fair. Was able to explain everything coherently and made sure that I understood completely. They have earned any future business from me!

I got my inspection sticker there!! Its a busy place and sometimes you have to wait!! TRUST ME Its worth the wait!!

Great local owned, fair prices. Its a small garage so dont expect coffee, tv, or air conditioned seating.

Cheap and fast service

We just needed brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels, which was charged as 500 dollarsWithout even talking to us, they threw on another part raising the cost by 400 dollars.I think they were hoping we couldnt afford ot so they could take our vehicle.Really dirty and swindling business.On another vehicle I had stopped and they told me it needed something that would have cost 300 dollars, when I wrote to a garage with a better reputation I was told the vehicle didnt need it at al .This place is very scheming and greedy.

I would not send my worst enemy to this…I would not send my worst enemy to this place. I paid this man $800 to fix my vehicle & had to take it back three times for the same issue, a starter.( I got other things fixed as well which I am questioning if they were actually fixed). When I paid him he told me it was a brand new starter. When I took it back to get it fixed for the second time he told me it was a rebuilt starter because he had apparently forgotten that he had originally lied to me about the starter being new to begin with. The second time it was fixed, it worked for 1 week. I took it back to him and he tried to tell me it was the alternator, the battery, or the cables to the battery terminal. I left the vehicle while he was testing the battery and came back to my battery terminal cables cut and all my windows down. I took the cables and the battery to NAPA and they told me everything worked fine. I came back and told him and he told me he is not fixing my car and to get it towed by 4pm off his property. He is a horrible business man and a crook. I will personally tell everyone about how horrible a business he runs. I would advice you to go somewhere other than his establishment. He likes to take your money and not fix your vehicle. HORRIBLE!!! Dont throw your money away!!

Honest does a great job fixing cars

Rich is great. He doesnt try to sell you services you dont need and prices are very fair. Parking is terrible and you may need to wait a while but Rich always does you right.

They will tell you one price and when you go back to get your car hundreds of dollars get magically added without warning

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Today a worker of Richs backed into my car while I was there to get an inspection sticker, then tried to say they would fix it when they arent even a body shop. Went to get estimates instead then took them back to them and they tried to say they were the ones getting scammed and started cussing and everything else bc they didnt want to pay up to get it fixed!...They are the ones that backed into my parked car and did the damages!!!! Very unprofessional!! P.S. I hope no one had a Mercedes there today bc Im sure they wont tell you about the damage they did to your car backing into mine and will try to play it off as they dont know what happened to it.

Sorry brit but you were parked illegaly right on the corner of a busy intersection while blocking a fire hyderent where you were hard to see. Somone could have turned and probably hit you. Your fault. And some minor and some major autobody work is done there. Words might have been said but he made it right. So quit being a whiny baby. And get this not one mark on the mercedez

Those guys are liars and crooks! I filed a lawsuit for over $1000 because i paid for a job and my car is worse now .Stephanie C. Filed a lawsuit against Richard Board,owner,for $5000 because they replaced a CV joint and let all the transmission fluid drain out and they did NOT refill it.now its going to cost this single mother of a three year old boy,who is far from rich about $5000 to get it fixed,not to mention the other problems with her anti lock brakes that they caused at Christmas time!
