I was traveling in from out of town for a funeral. Just a quick overnight trip. I experienced a little car problem and they worked me in right away the next morning. They got my car in first thing and had it figured out before 10 am. Very reasonably priced and professional.

Very inexpensive. Mechanics were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. They also explained what needed to be done next and only suggested as opposed to pushing it. My vehicle was fixed in one day and alot of things were done to it. Thank you Carmart.

Overpriced. And missing a piece of molding that was on car on front corner panel. Never take responsibility. Wont go back. Unsure WHY they needed to be in my locked glove box but hey...theyre so honest. Smh Bad experience. Never again.

Edited; took my car in the past to get worked on here and they’ve fixed it. Took it here again recently to have it worked on and even told them what was wrong with the car too. Told me it was something else and didn’t even bother to fix the problem I told them it was. Ended up going to Honest Auto with it in Bluffton. Told them the same thing I did Carmart. Wouldn’t you know it, I was right and they even confirmed it. Never bringing anything back here again.

My car was running fine but noticed a chirping sound from the engine. A different mechanic diagnosed it and said I needed a new distributor. He put it in a new napa one and afterwards my car would start one time and not the next..for a wk. he even came to my home with hand held computor. Couldnt understand ck okay. Then I was needing to have it towed so I went to carmart from there. Now all along my gut/common sense told me it must be the new distributor is defective. Well long story short they said no it test okay. Saying its a process!! hence 3 months $800 later testing everything else I really got mad said look the distributor is still under warranty just call nappa tell them whats going on they will exchange it. He didnt agree and didnt think they wld. Well to his surprise they did and from that day on its ran just fine since! But Im $800 poorer. That was a year ago.The distributor itself was only under 200 installed!! :( Thank God a friend let me borrow there car for the duration!!
