Days before we made an appointment for 4:30 ... we were told it was called Nails Pro. The directions said it was located by brooks brother and made it look like a giant nice place. We called multiple times with different answers of where it was located. We saw this place called Salon Victoria and asked them straight up if it was in there. The place was small, dirty, smelly. It seemed like no one acknowledged us being there and told us to come back at a much later time. I would no recommend almost as if it was a scam... therefore i do not recommend this place. If i could choose 0 stars i would. We are going to a much nicer place Eastern nails and spa.

Terrible, we made an appointment for 5 girls and we get there and they don’t even know that we had a reservation when we called 3 times. It is a scam it is not called nails pro it is called salon Victoria. The website shows a huge building and it’s a 5 feet wide store that smells very very bad. I suggest not to go here and find somewhere else. They told us so come back in 30 minutes and we will not, they were also laughing at us when we said we had a reservation. I HATE this place! Never go there I suggest! I don’t want to even give this store a star but I can’t post this if I don’t give it at least 1 start but I want to give it NOTHING!

Worst place ever if I could give 0 stars I would, uneven arcrlyic nails the nail paint doesn’t last long and the eyelashe glue makes your eyes sting!!!

WORST PLACE EVER .. THE OVER CHARGE ME AND CANT EVEN DO A GOOD JOB.. I JUST DID MY NAILS FOR $53. 00 I STILL HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE IT REDONE ..
