I needed a battery replacement for my 8 year old Luminox watch. The last time I purchased one was two years ago and it cost me $40 at a jeweler. I called the shop and they told me it would be about $12 so I stopped in. They replaced the battery in about 10 minutes. When I got the watch back the woman at the counter told me the watch was probably not waterproof any longer due to dried out seals. That is consistent with what I had been told in the past. At that point I decided to look at a new watch. They had an extensive display of Luminox watches and she was very helpful and patient with me as I tried on different models. She was not pushy and didn’t try to “sell” me on anything. I eventually decided on a new watch with a 10 year battery. I absolutely love this new watch and I’m so glad I stopped here. The service was outstanding and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I strongly urge anyone looking for a watch or service to give them a try. They will earn your business with their fair pricing and friendly attitude. I know I’ll be back!

He did an amazing job fixing my Omega Seamaster. Its been running like a champ since he serviced it 2 years ago. I highly recommend him for any watch repair!
Im going to update my rating when i get my clock back! They told me to bring the clock right in, and i was expecting a quick estimate of the cost to fix, the amount of the part, etc. Instead they said can you pay in full now? It will be about 2 1/2 months. He is apparently so backed up, he doesnt have time to work on it. Wish they wouldve told me that on the phone.. What if they cant find the part to this antique clock? Wasnt sure what to do.... I agreed to pay a much smaller deposit, and if its not ready by the date I need it, theyll refund me. Very nice people and seemed confident. Fingers crossed!Update : Good news, they repaired the clock, and did so prior to my husbands birthday! I wasnt sure what to expect but they definitely know their clocks and watches. He even gave me a key to wind it, since we didnt have the key that came with it. I definitely recommend them.
There is no way to post 0 stars, so I HAD to give them an undeserved 1 star. This so-called watch repair store is a total RIP-OFF! I went to get a quote on a Zodiac self-winding watch that was not working. It is 40 years old and has a lot of memories attached to it. They quoted me $275 and told me there was a lot of work to be done to bring it into working order, but that they could repair and make it waterproof. I do not and have not ever gotten this watch wet before or after their horrible experiance. They explained to me it was an expensive watch and it would take time to repair because it was old, I agreed. Then they said they needed a $100 deposit, which surprised me since they would have my watch until I paid the bill. By this time, I was committed to having the watch in running order, so I agreed to the $100 deposit. I was surprised when they ran my credit card and charged the entire amount of $275. When I pointed out that they said I only had to make a $100.00 deposit, they shrugged their shoulders and said they expected I wanted to pay for the whole repair now. Much to my regret I said it was OK. After 4 weeks of waiting, I called and they said it was ready, but they hadn’t gotten around to calling me yet, I picked it up and within 3 hours of taking it home and wearing it on my wrist, the watch stopped. I immediately took it back and they said they would fix it correctly. A week or so later I picked it up again, and they told me I had put it in water and it was not waterproof. I disputed that accusation and said I only wore the watch for less than 3 hours before it stopped working, I did not even wash my hands in that time period. They said they had fixed it, but that I should make sure I do not get wet. I took the watch home again and within 2 hours it had stopped working. I then called them and said the watch had stopped working and their response was to bring it back AGAIN and they would fix it. At this point it was obvious that they had no idea how to make the watch functional beyond a few hours of operation. I explained that I was not going to pay for the so-called repair work and would notify my credit card company that the charge was to be disputed. Their response was go ahead, do whatever you want.We are now disputing this with the credit card company and the watch company is fighting it. Use this place at your Own Risk, you may want to count your fingers when you leave.
They quoted me $250 for lubricant my watch, I went to other shop and $25 made my watch alive.I will NOT come back this shop again
The are extremely friendly and very helpful. They have done minor repairs while I wait which is great and the price is right. It cannot be beat. They also cleaned my clock and it was done 1 month early, works great, and the repair has a one year warranty
Professional staff, fast service, and way overpriced
Great service! They really go above and beyond for their clients. I was so impressed with their ability to care for the jewelry they work with that I would highly recommend them! Five stars all the way!!!
I have just made my third purchase from Time Center Huntington Beach Orange County. Scott, Jacek, and Kazu have made the process so easy. Great people to deal with, always respond to emails promptly.Hope to be in touch again in the future.
I went in for a battery replacement on one of my Watches and was browsing there inventory and one of the Male employees was being so rude, I told him I was interested in an automatic watch and he kept giving me attitude. Horrible customer service....
Good variety, good service dept..
Ive been going there for years but after they ruined my Luminox Ill never go back. Took it in for simple battery replacement and after I showered with it I noticed moisture so took I it to a different watch place and they said the seal was placed improperly and thats how moisture got in the watch. I should have known it was a big mistake taking it there when I noticed they didnt set the time after replacing the battery. Too Bad because I really liked that watch!
I I have been to this shop multiple times and always received fast, courteous, professional care. I am very pleased with this shop!
