I previously went to Tustin to have my watches serviced. But I am pleased to have found this store. Its not only closer but provides better service and advice. I originally took in a watch that had stopped working for years. I rode my bike in and somehow started working. They set it and told me to just monitor it because it would be expensive to service. It is working fine. I took in a different watch and the watchmaker was very excited over it and gave me more information than I knew and Ive had it over 10 years.

Gabriel is not only a gifted jeweler but a very kind person as well. Him and his wife are always a delight to work and communicate with.I recently brought in my grandfathers pocket watch to be repaired and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. It was hard to hold back tears in the store when it was shown to me. They went above and beyond and the price was very fair for the amount of work required.Ive worked with European Fine Jewelry many times in the past for smaller projects as well. Ive requested repairs for silver jewelry, watch battery replacement, and cleaning. All of these tasks have been done in a timely fashion, reasonably priced, and always leave me smiling ear to ear.They will be my forever jeweler and I always recommend them first.

Absolutely the best! The owner and his wife are so nice. Theyre extremely honest and loyal to their customers. I took my old wedding ring not knowing what I wanted to do with it. I explained I wanted something different to wear and with Gabriel and his wifes knowledge, they came up with a great setting for both the solitaire and band diamonds. They are very helpful with great ideas. Im very happy I found them. It is the only jewelry store I use. They are all very professional and do very good work no matter what. I have taken in a couple of old pocket watches theyve been in for a bit but I like that about Gabriel because hes willing to take the time to do it right Ive also taken a few rings and every time I always satisfied with the quality. I found myself was impressed with the quality dedication and professionalism expressed by this family I dont push you to buy anything you dont want to . Five stars just isnt enough. Gabriel and Lorin are the real deal. Honest, loyal, caring, I cant say enough. Now lets talk about their craftsmanship...like no other, truly amazing quality. Well as it turned out, my son wanted to propose to his girlfriend. He would be giving his sweetheart an heirloom ring of my grandmothers. We took the ring to Gabriel and in a few short days he had revitalized the ring current to todays trends, repaired a few flaws and made the ring dazzle without taking away from the originality. Simple and Gorgeous was the result- and equally affordable for a young mans dreams and pocket book.

This place is the best! Went in for the first time for a simple battery replacement on a watch and was treated like a friend from the second I walked in the door. Extremely nice people, super friendly and patient with me as I explained what I needed done. They then gave me what I felt was a great deal on the battery replacement after I had been quoted much much more at two other places. I am very happy I came here. They will have my business from now on. If you have any jewelry needs, this is the place to come!

My step fathers wedding ring fell off and went down the drain and wasnt straight when it was retrieved. He stopped wearing it and I suggested he have it fixed and sent them here.It was a simple but beautiful rose gold band with a very unique gold color (was very expensive on purchase).I regret that I am trustworthy!... because he heard, trusted and brought the ring to this shop. They took the ring and when he went back to get it, they handed him a different ring! Not only was it a different ring, but it wasnt even the same gold! He gave them a special rose gold and they handed him back a yellow gold! He commented with surprise and dismay. When the husband/wife indicated that this was the repair he realized he was dealing with poor people. He realized he didnt have any way to prove their unethical swap out, was blindsided by the lack of integrity and being outnumbered so paid the bill (yes he had to pay to lose his original ring for one of less quality) and left. He has never worn the ring, why would he want to?!I felt HORRIBLE because I was the one that recommended this location and these people as safe to fix his sacred ring that represented a sacred union. Horrible ethics. Unbeleivably bad practice. No idea why I waited so long to post this true story - happened a few years ago.

The moment I walked into the Jewelry store I felt welcome. This is a family owned and operated store and by the time I left I felt like family! They were very professional, knowledgeable, did not push me into any decisions, as well as very fair with their pricing. I felt totally comfortable with the jewelry I left for repair, and was ecstatic with the results when I picked up my jewelry.........felt like all band new pieces........Cant wait to go back hopefully this time and purchase one of the pieces they have in their jewelry case!

Example: I took my Omega watch in to get the battery replaced. Most places would have charged a premium, but not here. He only charged me $15 for the battery. When I looked inside my bag for my wallet to pay him, it wasnt there. I was astonished and embarrassed. The owner simply said he trusts me and to pay him back when I get a chance. Of course, I immediately went home to retrieve my wallet, so I can pay him.

I gave Ike a call this afternoon because my Hermès leather watch band lost the loop that holds it in place while I was wearing it.Ike luckily had a matching spare part from a salvage pre-owned leather band that he was able to use to replace it for me! Thanks for the great service!
