Some of the best work I have ever seen is crafted in this store. I absolutely love designing my family gifts and personal pieces with Montgomery Jewelers. I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone who likes to know their jewelry is safe.

Incredible service, experience and knowledge.

Charles took my Rolex watch with a broken crystal and returned the watch in weeks better than new. The watch now keeps better time than it ever did, looks great, and cost a mere fraction of what ROLEX wanted for the repair and Charles did the repair work in weeks and ROLEX wanted months. I cant more highly recommend Montgomery!!!!

I went into this shop about 2 weeks ago and the people that worked there was very rude and unprofessional, I would not recommend this place to anyone, prices were too high on their merchandise as well . There is alot of other jewelry stores that have much better customer service and staff dont waist your time here !!!

Place has horrible customer service, I would not recommend buying anything from here or even wasting your time with this place, they know very little about watches and they are way over priced on their merchandise.

I left a review here on Feb. 5, 2011 and for some reason it magically disappeared some time after May 2018. So let me recap here.A bit to much on the high end... $20 to replace a single battery on a cheap Casio watch. I wasnt informed of any estimate even though I had 5 watches serviced at one time. Im partially to blame for not asking a head of time but no service prices were anywhere to be seen and not forth coming about excessive pricing before preforming service. Just be sure to get an estimate beforehand or you could pay a hefty price.

I brought my new invicta watch to Charles Montgomery. The glass was cracked, he fixed it quickly for $35. Before i brought the watch to Charles, i got another estimate at a different jewelry repair store to fix the glass. They wanted $130. im glad Charles gave me a great deal. I highly recommend to go see Charles.

This place is the worst. Do not give this store your business under any circumstances. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The gentlemen doing repairs does not know how to talk to people, plain and simple. Just really rude. The last time someone spoke to me in such a condescending manner, I think I was in middle school. Even if they offer a reply to this review, just dont give this place a chance. With all the options we have as consumers, no one should be treated like this.
