I cannot say enough about how much we LOVE Kings! Its really hard to find a gym that offers amazing training and is super family friendly but Kings has managed to make it happen! Master is the absolute best at what he does. I wish I would have started my MMA journey here, because I would have taken in so much of his knowledge, and I would be so much further along in training. Great family environment. Even the pro fighters take time to give advice to beginners. The teaching is great, the professors go over each step, walk around and keep an eye on each student to make sure theyre doing the techniques right.

Learning from Master Rafael Cordeiro changed my life. The highest level of training in MMA at Kings.

I decided to try a free trial class at Kings MMA and it might be one of the best decisions I ever made! The whole staff was so welcoming and friendly to me from the second I walked in the door. The girls at the front desk helped me get signed up, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I had the right equipment for my first class. I started in a Muay Thai fundamentals class and the instructor Gregory made sure that I didnt fall behind even though I was clearly out of shape. He didnt let me get discouraged when I got tired and he encouraged me to keep coming back. I cant tell you how much it meant to me to be treated this way. I signed a 6 month contract with the intention of coming 4 times a week. When I came back the next day to buy boxing gloves and pads they were actually closed for Pro MMA but they told me not to worry and let me buy everything I wanted. While I was there they told me I could sign up for a private lesson with Master Rafael Cordeiro if I wanted to meet him and work on my form to get caught up with my class. I ended up training with Master Cordeiro for an hour this week and he is the nicest guy in the world. Ive never had so much fun working out. I havent been to a gym in over 5 years and now I want to go every day. I cant say enough about the whole team at Kings MMA. They treat you like family.
