Please read!!! I had used the H2Go express wash a few times before and thought they did a good wash for the money. Unfortunately, my last experience was not very good. I came to wash at noon and chose the silver washing option. When I entered the wash, I noticed that the washing sounds were a little louder than normal. Since I had to drop my friend off at the airport, I had to leave after doing a little and quick interior cleaning. After I took my things from the car, I noticed that my car was scratched noticeably. These scratches were starting from the right front of the car and getting deeper in the upper part and ending at the rear. It was very obvious that the scratches were after washing because these scratches exactly matched the brush scratch. (You can also see the significant scratches on the washed car in the pictures I attached) When I called the customer service, I was told to bring the car back, but I was out of town 5 days later so I went there and filled out the accident form 5 days later. A week later, it was said that the cameras were inspected and that the scratches were not seen and sufficient evidence could not be found due to the glare of the sun:) I brought the car late and they could not accept the photos I took on the day of the incident. I laughed when they said that my 5-year-old car was old and the sun could cause these scratches. In addition, a 2-month membership was offered. I, on the other hand, refused the offer by saying that I would not wash my car in this company again and added that I was a student and that I had to repair the scratches that occurred after washing and that the company should support this issue. But unfortunately, I got a negative response. I hope you dont have the same problem that I had.

Its a little tight when trying to vacuum your car, but wash was good and equipment worked well. Vacuum cleaner is free with the purchase of a car wash!

Sometimes, if I am fortunate, I encounter the nicest, most helpful person that works there. But, I wish they would put more distance between the vehicles so I dont feel like Im going to hit the person in front of me who is pausing to let the wind dryer blow off the back of their car, as I would like time to do.

I am a monthly customer of this business on Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach. Two days ago, after the car wash there were several black marks in my car and in one side even a depression with a black mark. The manager asked me to file an incident report, which I did, he apologize for the marks (next to me there was another client who notice marks too on her car) and he took photo of the black marks. I receive a phone call from Doug Bla.nchard, he sent me the photos of my car before it went trough the wash with scratches that were before, and NONE of the photos after with black marks. He was REALLY rude and he said I need to prove that there werent black marks before I went trough the car wash, which is easy to see if you see my car. He didnt want to meet me or see my car, he didnt want to listen more, told me I need to call my insurance. I was a customer since they open and for sure I am not going there again. Be aware. Take picture of your car before if you are going to use one of his locations.

The monthly unlimited carwash packages is off the chain. Go as many times as I like per day, not exceed three. My car has never been so happy.

I have been to this car wash many times and usually have a nice experience. However, today was a different story. I drove up and the employee directing traffic was extremely rude. I can’t believe how unprofessional and rude he was. I misunderstood him when he was directing me to the opposite side of the parking lot and I was telling him I wanted to get my car washed. I was confused because there wasn’t a long line that I could see and the lane only had one car in it. After I told him I wanted to get my car washed he moved to the side and made it seem like I could go through. He then ran after my car and spoke to me really rudely. He was shaking his head and said “do you not understand what this means?” I just decided to leave. I’m not sure if I will be returning. Even if I misunderstood him, he didn’t need to be so rude and unprofessional about it. I hope someone addresses this issue because a customer should never be treated in this manner.

I won’t visit this car wash after seeing how the machines scratched my friends car, and the manager does not accept any responsibility!

This is my go-to car wash location! I bought a gift card (doesnt expire) and its so easy to scan the barcode, then it lets you in. I highly recommend it. A gift card should include 1-free car wash so definitely the price if you plan to keep using this location. I wouldnt recommend the monthly membership (unlimited car wash) their scanners dont work, so youll sit there until a customer service rep can let you in, its not worth the stress nor the time, and it also discourages you from using the pass. Gift Card > Membership

H2Go Express is the way to go. They offer annual or monthly subscription for unlimited car washes with 3 levels at any of their locations.

Terrible water spots, soap remaining in mirrors. The only redeeming quality is the free vacuum, as the air compressor they provide you to help dry your car doesnt have enough pressure to move a birthday balloon.If you have mud on your car and you want it removed, this may kind of work.If you want your car to look taken care of, go to a spray yourself wash and spend 10 minutes giving it a final wipe down at home. With all the remaining spots and soap residue Ill likely have to go wash my car again right after so its clean. First and last time trying that.

The people that work at this car wash are so courteous. It makes me want to go and get my car washed again.

The HB and Westminster locations are offer a great value and experience. They have 3-tier prices for single wash and 3-tier prices for monthly subscriptions (i.e. wash as many times you want in a month). Pay as low as approx $6 for one time wash or approx $13 for monthly subscription. If you wash your car more than 2 times per month or would like to wash 2 or more times per month, highly recommend a subscription. Like other reviewers noted, all H2GO locations recently raised their prices, but it is not much.This facility is still new, has a cool light show inside the wash, has clean restrooms for customers, provides wet dash towlettes, and have strong vaccuums/air blades (included in price of wash and not timed). There is also a floor mat cleaner. The employees do a decent job keeping each site clean and typically address mechanical issues with the equipment quickly. For pet owners, there is even a water bowl outside (may have to ask for fresh water).Just beware lines can get long during peak times. Gotta get in early AM or in middle of day (when everyone is at work) to get in and out quickly. You can use air blade to blow dry many parts of car, but recommend bringing microfiber towel to finish up.

Attendants are very nice and polite. The car wash is very fast. However, the wash isnt that great (hence 3 stars) my vehicle is still a bit dirty. But everything else was just fine.

This was the first time using this car wash. My car was damaged and an incident report was completed, I had to call them a week later.the car wash ripped my rear brake light from the socket and management is blaming the age of my car. Only willing to give me a free car wash, but I have to pay for re car repair. DONT GO HERE!

Overall good place to get a car wash. Make sure to bring a towel as it doesnt get your car completely dry, but there are places to park and dry as well as vacuum. The air hose is great for blowing water out of cracks. Staff is friendly too.

Today is Sunday April 26, 2020 I just paid for a nice car wash at this establishment I had to deal with a person who identified himself as the manager named Brandon who is very unprofessional and unhelpful he acknowledged that parts of the machine were not working yet I still paid full price and there were no vacuums or air hoses available and I still saw none of my money back or got a discount.And he is continuing to allow people to go through the machine that is broke. So make sure youre watching the car in front of you and the machine to make sure that youre getting the wash that you paid for at this place and that everything is working properly.

Very friendly staff, good carwash machines with vaccum yourself, good competitive prices $6, $9, & $14; with $14 get offer $8 next visit. Not bad at all for my truck, & great location near Bella Terra Mall.

This is a go to for car washes-even though it’s not touchless, the machines do a good job of cleaning your car and the price is reasonable. They also have free vacuum and carpet cleaning for those going through the car wash.

This one on Edinger has an over hang that helps keeps keep you out of the sun. They have plenty of bays and vacuums too

Ive been frequenting this car wash for about 3 years now. I pay $19.95 a month for the unlimited silver car wash package. Im always happy to get my car washed because I know Im going to be greeted with a smile from Dennis. Hes one of the kindest human beings Ive ever met and is such a positive soul with so much incredibly positive energy. Thank you for employing such wonderful human beings.

Nice facility, really need to change the water out. Smells really septic. Made them aware of it over a month ago and they still have not remedied the issue. Ill go to the sister store in Westminster until they fix it.

Used this car wash for the first time. Was satisfied with my wash but had to give it a 4 star because I paid for tire shine and didnt end up getting the the shine. No biggie, applied tire shine at home. Other than that it was a good experience.

Great value. Super fast. I can be in and out in 15 minutes depending on how many are there and how much I need to clean. I keep a microfiber cloth in my car fr whenever I pop in. It was great when my son was doing junior lifeguards. Lots of sand to vacuum.. I was in there almost every other day for 4 weeks.

Fast and efficient, I have no complaints about this car wash.They are in a prime location for people that live or work near the area and are generally very speedy with their washes.I have not noticed any micro-scratches on my car as they use new rubber brushes that I assume do not hold as much grit as the cloth ones of older washes.They also have a great number of vacuums and pressure blowers. I have yet to find that i needed to wait for a position. Also the vacuums have a decent amount of power to pick up all the pet hair or dirt you have in your car.I find that their pricing is pretty good for what they offer though I would not recommend anybody pay for the single use washes as they are bit pricey for single use.

The automated car wash (like most) is good for light cleaning, but doesnt match a hand wash. But, it offers vac, air hose, and mat cleaner. Sometimes it is busy and takes longer than expected.

This review is for the location that just opened off of Beach Blvd. I went here with high hopes but unfortunately wont be going back. They dont offer towels, car fresheners and the spaces you park in when drying off/vacuuming your car are TINY! I could barely open my car doors without almost hitting the car next to me. There for sure isnt enough space for 2 people in between the cars. Its kind of ridiculous. Will keep going to my usual spot at Wildwater down the street.

3/1/2021 Due to Covid, I had to cancel my membership. Today, I came back to reinstate my membership with a Family Membership.I noticed stronger water stream and different spinners. No longer will the rear wiper be damaged.Chase was very helpful with my transaction and help me troubleshoot the bar code..

Solid car wash. Quick and inexpensive. I got the basic six dollar wash, love the fact that I wasnt rushed out of the vacuums. Other places are tight on the 3-5 mins rule. Not this place. I recommend giving it a try.$6 bucks. Cant beat it

Always does a great job at getting the car clean. Their subscriptions are reasonable and the extras are great. There are even car mat cleaners.Sometimes however, there are certain mechanical issues that will shut down some features of the wash, but it still consistently does a great job.

I have the Unlimited Pass for my car and use it at least a couple times a month. The employees are nice and I like the set up of this one over the Westminster location. With multiple vacuums and air hoses are set up good too so you can use from either side of your car.

Get the monthly pass. Its so worth it. You can wash as many times as you want to. I usually stop by after work for a quick wash. My car is always squeaky clean!

First for the good part... Great choice of area for H2Go!I was really excited when I heard they were opening this 2nd location. It went up fairly quickly, and in my opinion, has even better wash equipment than the westminster location. As always, the staff is Top Notch! I always feel that Im getting a Great Value for my money! Now for the bad part. What Blind monkey with one hand tied behind its back designed this place?? When building a car wash on a corner lot (that used to be a restaurant) PLAN THE LOT FOR THAT USE! Ill explain. The developer who said lets build a car wash, and put an unnecessary building RIGHT in FRONT of it....? SHOOT THEM! H2Go would be Perfect, except, they have a pointless building (that cant keep a tenant to save a life) Literally 20 feet in front of it. Leaving NO ROOM FOR CARS!! Yeah, That makes sense... NOT!

Ive come to this car wash maybe a half-dozen times in my FJ cruiser and today I went to stop by just for a quick rinse and there was a guy out there standing in the way telling me for sure my FJ cruiser was too big to fit through the wash. I explained to him Ive been through there multiple times before any turn me away saying it was not possible.

Id love to give this a five-star rating. The only reason I cant is their vacuum staging area is usually so full that it holds up the cars coming out of the car wash. Im afraid to go back. This is an accident waiting to happen.

Yep! As many times as I want to per month, pull in, roll through, and on my way! Its very inexpensive for as many times as I go through, because they charge a flat fee per month that comes out of my credit card. Fast, convenient, easy!

Worst rude customer service! Don’t waste your time or money here, go to another car wash they Hire young kids that don’t care about their jobs or the autos they service. If I could give zero stars I would. Every time you go there they have new kids and same attitudes.

I went there to buy a single car wash in hopes I’d be won over and buy the subscription. I don’t think that’ll be happening. I ran my Mazda Miata thru and when I came out and pulled into a vacuum stall, I noticed LOTS of water and soap on the back of my car...as if very little water even rinsed it off. Fortunately I keep microfiber cloths in my trunk and was able to address it quickly.The vacuums are more powerful than other express washes and it was nice at 6pm, the stalls were shaded, so the soap didn’t dry on my car. My windows were terribly spotted so I cleaned them off when I got home with windex...Not the worst experience in the world, but I won’t be going back either.
