Great place for a quick clean car. The monthly subscription is a good deal if you live nearby or drive by on your way to work. The vacuums are quick and easy and clean with that location being somewhat crowded as busy times but a fast line. Use caution when approaching the entrance to the car wash as Beach Boulevard can be a busy street. Also note the times that are convenient for yourself when passing so that you can swoop in when there’s no line! That’s it secret tip

I’ve been here twice. First time ok but second time was a disaster... Took my brand new Mini Cooper (purchased 4 weeks ago) through the car wash and left with lots of rainbow-colored (trI-wax?) residue on different places car around my car and it’s proving very difficult to remove. In addition, all of the plastic trim that used to be a deep black now has a grey haze. Also found GLOBS of Vaseline-like substance all over all 4 black tire rims and plastic moulding near tires. Finally, one of the racing stripes on my hood now has an area that is now permanently discolored. I don’t know if the car-wash equipment was malfunctioning the day that I took my car there for the second time or if I had just gotten lucky the first time. Either way, I would NEVER take the chance of returning. My car was new and still PERFECT before that second car wash and now it looks awful. I just ordered some expensive products to try and restore/reverse the damage. I know that the racing stripe cannot be restored but hopefully the other damaged areas will look better once I work on them. I’m so angry and disappointed. The only positive thing that I can say is that the staff was extremely polite.

The machinery took my mirror off! It bent and snapped until it was hanging by a wire. When I went to tell an attendant, they slammed the door in my face because a manager was chewing out a worker. When an attendant was available, he said he expected my mirror to be left behind in the car wash area, as if this happens all the time. I filled out a form and the owner, Doug called. I asked him if anything could be done about the damages. After he insinuated that many people come in there with duct tape on their cars wanting free repairs and telling me that this type of damage was clearly warned about on the signs, he offered me a refund. Then he never replied again. No refund was issued. Horrible service, and seems to think all his customers are scammers.

Best car wash in town by far! Their equipment looks new and well maintained which leaves a really nice shine that lasts.Is great to have the monthly service to be able to go through when needed and not worry about the cost. Also is quicker.Special thanks to Doug and their courteous team. Outstanding professional service.

Love this place. I get the $6 wash once a week or so. Use the vacuum and such each time to really clean up my car. Workers are helpful and nice :)

My vehicle is a 2011 Ford Escape xlt 3.0 and clean because of H2Go carwash.

It’s a good express car wash but won’t clean the car 100% like a hand wash. Even if you go thru it twice there’s still some parts it doesn’t clean. The last machine just makes it worse IMO.

Avoid! Confusing meter at pay station had me waiting for this car for almost 20 minutes. Then came the fun part..Two thirds of the way throug the line stopped. All told a hand wash would have been faster.

IMO, this is the best quickie brush wash place in HB. It is always busy, so try and avoid peak times. The only annoying thing is that they only have about 10 vacuum stations, and they really need about 2X that many to service the customer demand. The wash and dry quality is very good. Im always happy with the service.

Three stars for cleaning 🧽 🧼 and good vacuums. Minus one for having increased prices with only a few attendants that are very lazy and don’t pay attention or hand out dash wipes anymore. Minus one more star for traffic jams on Beach because of such a small one lane entry and no where to wait except to block traffic on Beach Blvd. Overall better than the older one in HB on Edinger by Bella Terra.

Too small to comfortably clean ones car. The dryer at end leaves car still very wet, the vacuums are also really weak. Its an overpriced gas station car wash basically.

Just left this place. This is the second time I have come in the last 2 weeks to get my car washed and vacuum. Mainly i need to vacuum my car but today and ladt time the vacuums are full. There are 3 or 4 people that arent even using the vacuums and are just wiping down there cars exterior. You guys need to enforce your vacuum spots better. I used to manage a similar express car wash on the east coast and we never let people sit there and wipe there cars down. This is now the 2nd time i have left disappointed. Ill most likely be going to different car wash from now on, shame because the tunnel does a good job on the exterior.

Its a hard entrance to find the first time, but the wash experience is good for an automatic wash. They have different types of washes and a family plan. The area to dry / detail gets full at times, but the vacuums and air hoses are free.

One of the most modern car washes in town. Besides cleaning the car, with wash upgrades, tires are cleaned and coated. The upgrade wash package includes a machine towel dry! The pay stations are slow and sometimes troubled. However the monthly pay packages are reasonable and circumvent the pay stations with a scanner codes that are fast. Fast and thorough..a great car wash choice.

Today is Sunday April 26, 2020 I just paid for a nice car wash at this establishment I had to deal with a person who identified himself as the manager named Brandon who is very unprofessional and unhelpful he acknowledged that parts of the machine were not working yet I still paid full price and there were no vacuums or air hoses available and I still saw none of my money back or got a discount.And he is continuing to allow people to go through the machine that is broke. So make sure youre watching the car in front of you and the machine to make sure that youre getting the wash that you paid for at this place and that everything is working properly.

Just got a new car and wanted to get it wash so I went through it and when I got done there were scratches on my driver side. I will not be going back.

Solid car wash for the price! Needed a quick rinse as I was heading to a work party that only had valet parking. Got my Yukon cleaned and shiny for a lil price. I wish I had one of these near me in Santa Monica! The monthly pass is a deal! I would spring for that all year!

Best car wash set up I have ever been to.

We always go to this place since it opened. It does a good job when you buy the basic $6 package. yesterday we bought the most expensive wash of $14 but it was disappointing. The brushes in the end part didnt even touch the sides n there were lotta water streaks on the car. They need to fix the allignment for those brushes. I dont think I will ever buy that package again.

Best low cost drive through car wash in OC. Gets it clean fast and affordably.UPDATED: After about a year of being open, its not as good as it was. Still better than the alternatives but there are regularly parts of the wash not working optimally like when the place first opened.

This carwash does not do a good job. Ive gone twice and, for some reason, theres still dirt and specks stuck to my car after going through. It also bent my front license plate like crazy. The employees are nice though!
