Good place, the guy there was very helpfulThey provide a complimentary wipe, a guy comes to wipe your car a little after you head out of the car was station.Many free vacuum stations are waiting for you, that you will definitely find a vacant spot, even in a crowded time.Prices are reasonable, compared to other car washes.Now Im thinking of making a monthly membership with them, even though I have some other car wash near me.

Ive been to a lot of car washes and this is actually a pretty good one to get in its kind of weird because youll miss the small entrance they charge $7 for the silver which is a dollar or two dollars more than normal but its all worth it because they will help you dry your car which is more than worth it and theyre really nice people so far that Ive noticed it two times that Ive been here they also have a dog wash meaning you bring your own dog to wash for 10 dollars thats not meaning you put your dog on top of your car theres actually a little dog wash inside the car wash interesting that Ill have to try next!!

This is the best express wash in the area. The wash tunnel is pretty long and uses soft cloth vs hard rubber. Once you park your car to vacuum, someone will come up and hand dry your car completely.

Read update below original post!!!Excellent service and extremely reasonable price.. plenty of places to park and detail your car in the shade with all the covered awnings. High compression hose to blow out little crevices and two different style vacuum hoses. They also have a Doggie wash station. My original post 8 months ago I gave five stars but because of the repeated dirty looks I get from the towel dry people for not tipping I am removing some Stars. I pay for a monthly service and part of that service is the towel dry. If I dont have the extra dollars in my pocket Im not going to give it and therefore I dont deserve or appreciate a dirty look.

You pay $20 a month and you can come in any day of the month for a wash without having to interact with a single soul.

Great place to quickly wash your car, they have staff there to dry your vehicle and there are sun shades to cover you while you vacuum out your car.

Ive used a few local drive thru car washes, but this one is my absolute favorite. Not only does the wash do an amazing job at an awesome price, but theyre festive and super professional here.They get get the excess water off at the end of the wash, and I highly recommend bringing a microfiber towel or buying one from them for $2 (totally worth it!!)The air pressure thing is great for getting dust out of the nooks and crannies as well as pushing water out of hidden areas on the outside of the car. Two types of vacuums to get a good, clean interior.If youve never been, I highly recommend trying this location out!

Came for their Holiday experience. The staff was great and in great spirits. My kids enjoyed it. Wish its was a tad longer of an experience but the wash was good.

So there’s this “Haunted Car Wash” that sounds great since everything else is just cancelled this year, but so far we haven’t been able to reserve tickets because no one knows how to properly set up a website. They could easily offer more dates, go past Oct. 31st, even charge more. So far tickets have either crashed in purchasing or not been listed at all. Today it shows dates avail but when you go to check out it says sold out. Just disappointing.

Wash car is good; blow dryer does not dry car; however, staff comes around and dries/wipes the car off.

Youre car comes out clean and the attendant applies tire dressing by hand.

My favorite place to wash our car. We have a gold membership and use it around once a week. I like that they have a lot of vacuuming stations to clean out your car after a wash. They even have a dog wash station but I confess Ive never taken my dog there.

My FIL drives all the way here every Wednesday for their early bird $5 car wash and I couldn’t understand why until tonight when we took my dirty Mitsubishi to their AMAZING “haunted car wash.” Given the lack of spooky events this season (due to COVID 🙄😡) this was PERFECT! It was scream-tastic- for moms, dads and especially my 5-yr old (who was in tears...while Mom was in ROFL mode). Great clean and great dry. See ya next Wednesday for the early bird special!!

Great Location. This process does a great job of cleaning your car but beware that it takes your wax layer off and the cleaning can put small scratches on your car. If you go here more than 3 time you prob need to get your car waxed to put a protective layer back on your car. Just FYI.

A car behind me suddenly, somehow started hitting the back of my bumper while we were in the tunnel. I was at the end of my wash cycle so I put the car on drive and got out of there. My rear bumper was not heavily damaged, but it was scratched up. I wanted to gather some information to figure out what happened. I was asking the manager for information so I can report it to my insurance, and he was very uncooperative. Even went and lied to my face that there was no car behind me. I understand that accidents happen. I wasn’t mad, I have insurance, but this manager’s attitude of “I Don’t Know, and I didn’t see, and I do not care “ is disgusting. I have three cars that I signed up with them, for monthly unlimited wash . I’m canceling all three!.

For a monthly rate you can wash and vacuum as many times as you like. The employees are super nice and helpful and its conveniently located.

When I arrived to wash my car the manager had told us to wait because there was something wrong with the machine. When he allowed us to enter my car came out with a scratch on it. I took pictures and he denied me, claiming that nothing happened. I hope the owner or manager take responsibility for this instead of denying it.

Great car wash. I have the unlimited wash plan for both of my cars. It makes it super easy. I just pull up and it scans the barcode on my car. I go through the wash and they hand dry it at the end. Vacuums have good suction.

I love this place m! I bought the monthly membership so I can go as many times as I want per month. They do a quick hand dry and a tire shine and then if you need to you can use the free vacuums. Worth every penny!

I was so disappointed when this newly remodeled car wash opened. It used to be a wonderful full service car wash. Now it is just a drive through where you have to do everything yourself except wash the car. I wish they had never changed this car wash. My opinion, the company has made a poor decision. I will never go here again. Have found another full service one further down Beach Blvd. ran by the same company. Hopefully, it will have the service and be the same as this one was before remodeling took place. Prices too high for no service as well.

Some guy offered me a deal that they offered, I thought it was alright paid the extra $30 which made it $80. I thought they were gonna run some special type clay through the car which looked really cool and all. But as I watched them go down on my car, they hadnt used any clay that they mentioned. It was just a regular car wash with wax. His reason for not using clay was because my car had scratches. Hopefully they will be more honest next time. I, personally, wouldnt come back to this place but if some others had experiences, then good for them. Just beware that this can end up happening to you.

Love it! For $4 you get the exterior of your car washed and windows wiped. Then you vacuum and dry whatever else you want. Vacuums and air hoses are free. Bring your own towel or buy one there for $2.

Bad auto wash at best. Still had to re wipe my vehicle after I got home even though I paid almost 10 bucks for a basic wash. Terrible, save your money and do it yourself

Fast, friendly, efficient! I take my vehicle every week for a bath and to keep it looking new. The vacuums are great and the compressed air keeps the hard to find drips from running down the side of my car as I drive away!

Bought a deal online from company website, receipt and code was sent to my cell phone. Came to location on Hunting Beach and they did not honor it. They told me that i have to print the receipt and the code on a piece of PAPER and show it to the manager even though i showed them receipt and code i received from email. Wasting my time. Will come back with printed code and receipt. If they are refuse it next time i will call my credit card company to dispute the transaction

I went here to get my car wash normally after they come out a do a quick towel dry, however this time was different my car came out after the wash, 2 guys stood there with towels none of them paid attention to me, when I approached them they gave an attitude, by that time I didnt trust them to dry my car, will never return to this ghetto place again.

I dont ever really rate places and reading these other reviews I have to put in my opinion. First of all this place is great Ive bring all my vehicles here for the detailing and my family as well. I love the sales staff if you have a problem with the guy trying to upsale you need to know his personality funny guy. But overall amazing work done here the only issue Ive had is when I bought my new car they werent tracking my purchasing so I never received my free wash no big deal.Now to help shed some light on these bad reviews people have. Im sorry if you dont know about clay bar products than dont purchase them or ask questions to properly educate yourself. Clay bar is a rough process but it produces great results and looks amazing. Before putting a bad review you could have grabbed the sales rep and went to the counter to explain you didnt receive the service to accommodate your pricing.Now as for a stripped screw on an oil pan. As a person that is a car enthusiast and has done a lot of work on cars I can tell you that bolt was most likely 99% NOT their fault. Oil is corrosive and a lubricant so if it stripped on the inside that is very easily due to not having a regular upkeep on YOUR vehicle. If it stripped on the outside could be many different issues, metal could be of poor grade which is common on foreign vehicle bolts, or your bolt could have been covered in street grime and oil which degrades the metal. I see how you could be mad but putting the blame all on someone for one of the most common problems to poor maintenance isnt right.No I do not work for this company or was I payed for this review its my honest review. I love this place and will continue to go. If anyone ever had any questions of my knowledge or experience Im here frequently stop and ask. Im the owner of the bright lime green Dodge Challenger. Ill actually be there later today. Cheers.
