I came in with skid plate damage to my Honda Civic. I was expecting them to put it on the jack and charge me a couple hundred bucks to just do a quick minor repair - like most repair shops would.... Instead, they told me they fixed my issue free of charge as it was a simple problem! I was in and out within a half hour and will definitely come back for any servicing I need done. Super impressed

Autowave offers Honda/Acura specific maintenance. Ive been taking my last two Hondas to Mike and Shane. Im a loyal Honda driver and only use the dealer for warranty issues. Awesome shop! They helped my AP1 S2000 run smoothly and ready to rip through the back roads without any worry. Mike is very knowledgeable when it comes these cars and the work shows. Mike and Shane are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of Acura and Honda Vehicles. My 2006 RL drives and feels like it did when I got it in 2008! I plan to return for a couple more issues, then it will be a new car again! Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I had been having issues with the AC for my Honda CR-V. I took her to the dealership three times and they couldnt figure out what was wrong.When I called Autowave, Michael was very professional and gave me info I needed to bring in my car. They were able to locate the issue, provided me with fair pricing and Shane communicated realistic expectations for when my car would be finished. They were very respectful.My car was returned in excellent condition. They polished my headlights, washed my car, changed the cabin filter and miscellaneous parts all free of charge. They were even able to remove paint from my side door when it scraped against a wall.I will definitely be back.

After taking our Acura RDX to the dealer for service and repair for years, I felt it was time to find a good independent repair shop. Not only did I find one, I must admit, I found a very good one. They are very concerned about letting you know the things that need or will need attention which I appreciate. I’m 69 years old and have owned over 30 cars. I‘ve learned it’s either pay now or possibly pay more later. I am completely satisfied with Autowave‘s attention to detail and would recommend them.

I had a 1999 Honda Civic that was serviced by Shane and his team for the past 8 years that Ive lived in Huntington Beach. Recently, Shane helped with an engine light problem when I dropped in on the way back from San Diego. I discovered Autowave for service and repair for my 2006 Acura MDX about a year ago. I have saved money each and every time I take my car in for service, especially versus the Acura dealership I was using for years.Autowave is an excellent service and repair company. The service is great, and the owner (Shane) is very friendly and honest. He truly cares about my car and how to best maintain it for cost-effective maintenance. I will continue to have all of my service and repair needs performed by the great team at Autowave.

Shane changed the rotors and brake pads on our 06 civic for $470. I had him quote the back brakes and he said $635. Called Honda which quoted $250. I had Honda do the back brakes. Auto Wave is supposed to be less expensive than Honda. Not true. Get a second quote or you will be spending too much.

Outstanding service as usual. My 2006 CRV (original owner) has 113,000 miles on it and Shane, Mike and Mark are always keeping an eye out for this Honda Girl! She needed new socks (brake pads), and shoes (tires), along with an oil change and brake light. They never sell me what I dont need to make money. Autowave will always be my Honda Family!!

I have been a repeat customer with Autowave, once for my Acura NSX and the other for my Honda S2000. Both times they installed a Comptech supercharger for me and have done so without any problems. They are very professional and take care of your car to run reliably without gauging you for stuff you dont need. Did a pre-purchase inspection or PPI on an Acura NSX that I was looking to buy and they found important issues and saved my bank account hugely. Best money Ive spent in a while.

I took my car there to see if they can fix my tachometer and they put in some new parts but didnt fix the issue when I confronted them and asked for a refund he did give me money back but I called in like 2 weeks later to see if they can change my gaskets they offered toBut the owner not the mechanic told me yea we decided not to work on older cars anymore because people expect too good of a job I laughed inside my head beacuse I knew he said that beacuse he didnt want me coming over there anymore.... I would of appreciated if you just told me straight up no I dont want to work on your car dont be giving me that bs that you dont work on older cars anymore, you have nsxs parked all over your shop. Dont go here and waste youre money Honda specialist my ass just go to a dealer and itll be cheaper than what these douches charge.
