I love having this company for my car and home needs. Ive been with them for years. They are extremely responsive to all of my concerns and questions. They give sound advice. We are stuck paying the CA prices for insurance so I cannot fault this company for that, but when Ive done comparisons, they are right there with everyone else. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone I know looking for insurance.

Kari and her staff are amazing! We pretty much have all of our insurance with her and her office. As for Kari, she is professional, responsive, clear, and tends for everything I have asked of her. She even helped us out with our Arizona property even though she did not get anything out of it. I cannot say enough about her! I definitely recommend them if you have insurance needs.

We have been with Mike Gordon and his team since the 1980s. They have always been immediate with their responses to my many questions. When our daughter had a major accident (thankfully not her fault) and her car was totaled, Allstate guided us thru the process. In addition, Mike introduced us to our Financial Guru, Chris Lancaster who also has done amazing things for us. We highly recommend Mike Gordon for your insurance needs and Chris Lancaster for your Financial needs. I am not related to either of these gentlemen and I dont have any reason to make these statements other than THEY ARE TRUE!

This group took over my accounts when my prior agent retired. I had an issue I needed help with that I could not take care of over the internet. I called and had to leave a message and they called back the next day when I could not take a call. I tried to return the call a few hours later and was back to VM. No return call the next day. Called back two more times and went to VM both times. I never had problems getting in contact with my prior agent. I called another agency who answered the phone immediately and I moved my accounts.
