LOVE This agency. Got my life policy and car insurance with them! Always making sure I have the best coverages not just keeping me legal for the road. Always looks for ways to help me save more money and sometimes even upgrade my coverages if it makes sense. Everyone treats me like family. They’re the best agency I’ve ever had insurance under. I had been with Dan Marshall (since 2002) who originally ran this office and retired recently. We never had a single problem in all those years except for Dan constantly wanting to take us to lunch or dinner. Not really a problem just good old fashioned great customer service. Then Nancy and her group started running the office and they dont have a clue what customer service is. I was quoted a price on ins for a new car and I have been charged $48 more per month than the quote so after 3 monthly EFTs of asking to have them fix this as we were quoted something completely different and each month Laura and Nick saying they would get back to me right away and never calling me back at all or fixing the problem I spoke with Laura in the office today and she didnt say sorry or it was our mistake instead she was combative and rude. So after 15 years of multiple insurance coverages with them Im treated like this. If youre wanting Statefarm insurance I suggest you go with another office as this group doesnt know what their doing at all!!
