This is a fantastic State Farm office! I had Kelly assisting me with my move across the country by getting me new insurance for both my apartment and my car. She was fantastic throughout the entire process, it went by so quickly and easily! If there was ever a bump in the road or something I needed to sign, Kelly was just a call away. She always responded to my emails promptly and she never missed any of my calls. Not to mention she’s hilarious and was great to talk to! She really made me feel like someone was on my side and helping me while I was getting my move in order. I could go on and on about Kelly but just know that she’s great and if you’re looking for insurance you should call this office right now!

Everyone I have spoken with at this office has been very polite and friendly, but I also think it is important to be competent and accountable to which this office has proven to lack completely.I recently setup a policy for three vehicles that I was moving from out of state and the rate that I am retroactively being charged is ALMOST THREE TIMES the rate I was quoted when I setup the policy. Initially I was told this was because they did not have my driving record, which is not plausible as I was transferring from another State Farm office so State Farm as a company most certainly had my driving record. Then they apologized and admitted they made an error, but refused to accept accountability for the error an instead said they can not legally charge me the rate they misquoted. There are probably about 4-5 other things about the policy that was not quoted correctly, and I received a few iterations of misquotes in between. Apparently their interpretation of the law (which I believe to be incorrect), is that if they as the insurance provider make a mistake when quoting a policy they can come back at any time in the future and retroactively increase your rate from when the policy started and it would be illegal for them to charge you anything other than the higher rate even if it is THREE TIMES HIGHER than the rate you were quoted.Anyone dealing with this company to get a quote should ask them if that is their interpretation of the law and how they treat their customers. Do they reserve the right to come back and charge customers THREE TIMES AS MUCH OR MORE retroactively due to their own incompetence in pricing out the quote. Ask them specifically if they make a mistake in pricing out the quote if you will be held accountable for paying a higher rate than what you were quoted due to their mistake.I should note that the initial quote I got was about where other companies where charging and their retroactive price increase makes their charges way out of line.

Sarah Atkinson’s office offers wonderful customer service. Just recently I realized I had lost my proof of insurance card and needed a new one - Kelly helped me the very same day and I felt *so* much better. It was very kind and patient of her, since my situation was entirely my own fault. We have been with this office a long time and they have always treated us very well. We have been lucky & haven’t made many claims, but when we did the process was pretty hassle-free, too. Efficient and nice and honest. You can’t beat that.

We have been with State Farm for over 30 years - about 15 of them with Sarah Atkinsons Agency. We have policies on our home, rental, and our business. Recently, we experienced 3 accidents with 2 different delivery vehicles.The first accident involved a college aged woman who was not thinking when she merged into our lane and damaged our refrigerated delivery vehicle. Sarahs staff worked hard to insure our claim was expedited because we needed our delivery van to make our daily deliveries.About a year later, the same vehicle was involved in another accident and was declared to be a total loss. This accident was caused by our newly hired driver. With the assistance of Sarah and Kelly we worked with the State Farm Claims office to determine the value of this vehicle. They also assisted us with a Workers Compensation claim one of my employees filed. There was a period of time when i was bombarded with phone calls from both the property damage adjuster and the workers compensation adjuster at the same time. The staff at Sarahs office helped us through this period of stress and confusion.The accident described above resulted in our purchasing a new refrigerated vehicle. Months later this vehicle was rear ended. Again we relied on Sarah and Kelly to help us through this situation.We have been in business for about 14 years and had never experienced this many auto accidents in such a small period of time.We thank Kelly, especially, for being the Go To person for us.

They are all smiles while they take your money. But when it comes to customer support, they get an Failing Grade! Without even investigating an accident, or calling and interviewing the supposed driver, they looked into a supposed crystal ball, made an arbitrary decision, and placed the driver of an unoccupied parked car at fault! Incredible!!! They then doubled our insurance premium. I have never had a ticket nor have I ever been in an accident. 40+ years with State Farm, and this agent didnt give a rats behind. Shameful!

My Toyota 4 runner was stolen after I bought it from a horrible dealership. I put $3500down, and had it for 19 days. I had full coverage insurance on it before I drove off the lot..They have yet to reimburse me minus the 19 days for it being stolen. Its been 4 1/2 years. I now after repeatedly trying to get reimbursed have retained an attorney. Ridiculous to say the least!!!
