Everyone who I have spoken to in Rics office is so nice and helpful. But honestly I cant say enough good things about Sue Shafer who works for Ric. She is Amazing and I appreciate her so much. Anytime I have a question she is there. She is kind, respectful, patient, and is always helpful to me and my Family. I have been with this office since before it was Ric and Sue has always been my Go To girl. She always finds the best products and deals. I would recommend anyone to try them out, and I have.

Brandon is always knowledgeable and available to help at anytime. My organization works with my customers each requesting specific wording on our COIs, no matter how tedious it seems to the unknowing eye. Adding almost $500 to may home owner insurance and increasing from $650 to $1550.00 withing two years. I purchased another policy from American Modern with higher coverage for $500 even less. Also, the auto insurance for my spouse increased after my spouse turned 80 years old. He never had a ticket or accident last 40 years but Ric just treated him like a number became became risky for them with only driving to store and local. State Farm also paid only few hundred dollar for a fire claim several years ago and the claim adjuster was very rude. Not a reliable agency to when it comes to claims. Also, my Wawanesa auto insurance is $800 cheaper and StatFarm admitted they can match the price. Too expensive.

A local company office that I have been with since I got my license. My family is also with them. While they may not be the cheapest, they are convenient especially for accidents. Can always get a person answering the phone when you call, knowledgeable, and they take care of most of the accident paperwork and process for you (regardless of whos at fault - I keep getting bumped from behind).Customer service and responsiveness is State Farms best traits. Naturally, other companies may offer wider towing services, cheaper rates, etc, so youll want to shop around and compare based on your needs.Remember insurance is only used in an accident, so get a dash camera! Preferably 360 degree coverage to prove your case in case of disputes.
