I love this branch and the staff. They got my senior mother and myself in and out in 15 minutes and our situation was not typical.From the young man at the door, to the two women at the counter, to Leilani who ultimately helped us, we were impressed and grateful for their excellent assistance.The issue that took us to the branch was our fault. We had a typo in our reported mileage two years ago but we didnt realize it until now. Leilani resolved the problem for us with ease. She made it quick and easy, and we appreciated her excellent service and great attitude because we realize it was our mistake, not theirs.Our entire family has been with AAA for well over 100 years collectively and we arent going anywhere.I will also note how lovely the office is.Great company, great people.

Ive been here about 4-5 times and every time they cant help me. And my questions are simple like looking for a DMV driving study booklet. I have several more one was a title change another was registration they aways tell me to go to DMV.

Paid for and picked up new vehicle tag and local OC County map, quick and easy.

Nothing but good things to say about this office. They have always been very friendly and informative. Nice people that seem to like their job.

Staff is on top of customer service and were truly supportive to my temporary disability needs while I waited to be seen by a rep. They made the process easy and comfortable. I havent been in this branch in years, as my last experience was just awful. So glad it changed for the better and will be utilizing this branch location more often in the future.

Everything has changed you cant just walk right in but once youre in everything goes pretty smoothly like before they just dont seem to let as many people in there which isnt a bad thing and Ive gotten all my things taken care of there with no problem like always.

I was very pleased with this visit.. No waiting. Excellent service.. And an awesome pond in the complex with ducks and turtles. Cant beat that.

I just left the AAA on Beach Blvd in the Newland Center and must commend them on their efficiency in dealing with covid restrictions. Employees were wearing masks, there were circles on the sidewalk every 6 feet, I waited in line no more than 3 minutes (6people were ahead of me). When it was my turn the employee took my DMV auto registration, check and AAA card into the building, asked me if I would like to wait in my car (I use a walker) and brought the completed transaction to me in my car. Everything was extremely organized and the employees extraordinary in their efforts to make the clients satisfied. Kudos in this time where customer service is often subpar.

Not having to go to the dmv is worth the 70 bucks per year alone. Then add in towing etc.. its a no brainier. Nice clean professional staff I dont mind going to HB location.

For some reason, they put a wrong vehicle onto my policy. And when I called to the office, the guy who was on the phone, literally hung up on me when I asked Hey I have a question regarding my policy. It was so rude and I was shocked! Poorest customer service that Ive ever had!!!

Compared to DMV, AAA is a godsend. Worth every penny to avoid the insane lines and poor service of DMV employees.

Apparently COVID is transmitted over the phone lines now. AAA is no longer using real people to answer questions. Instead they use a virtual assistant with extremely limited resources to answer questions that dont apply to you.After going through multiple prompts and reroutes, I asked for customer service several times just to be told that due to COVID, a real person is not able to speak with me. Maybe I shouldve put on my mask before calling.So long AAA. Its been..........,disappointing.

I used to always love AAA. BUT not anymore. The DMV part was always a huge plus. I guess they are trying to save money by not training their staff. I have stood in line 4 times and got 4 completely different answers for registering my new car from another state in California. I have the notes to prove they ran me around like crazy, and I still cant get a straight answer. The official DMV office couldnt be worse than all I have endured. Would it have killed them to give me ONE story on what to do, and what they need?

I was approached by a friendly agent. I was asked how can I help you. He was very capable & sent me to the correct agent. I was very satisfied with all your agents that were helping me & other members.

It is great Insurance, but the employees could use lots of training, in all areas. At the location in Jurupa Valley on Limonite Ave, The female who assisted us needs to learn some courtesy in public relations. She was rude and snooty. At the Huntington Beach location they need to listen to the consumers request. And get it right. I asked for full coverage 3 times on my Dodge 2500 mega cab diesel, and still 9 months later found out I never had full coverage. When I cancelled, after so many more screw ups, because of switching companies (And for years in the past I was with AAA without a problem in Newhall, Ca)they still billed me and turned it into collection. Needless to say I will never be insuring my vehicles with them. There is so much more to my issues with them, but need I go on. I tried to get things resolved but was ignored after being told by another employee I would be called by two managers because things didnt sound right. I never received a call. And when I called that employee back, he said he was on another call and would call me back. That never happened. I never received any call. Sadly, a good Insurance company being tarnished by ignorantly rude deceitful employees. Im a talker and I share my experience with many, as many as I can. Including strangers if I get the chance. Like I said, so much more had taken place. I have 2 SUVs, a Truck, a Travel Trailer, Dirt Bike, and 2 Harley Davidson bikes to Insure. Plus Home owners and now I have added Pet Insurance. Their loss. Yes, the Insurance is great, but the employees and so many of them really do harm to the Company. So disappointed and very unhappy. I only gave 2 stars because it is great Insurance coverage.

They arent well trained here. They give incorrect DMV info which can cost you time and money. Only trust them with SIMPLE transactions.

Renewal for our membership is due, which for my husband, younger son is $205.00. Another membership we pay is our other college son that is due for $113.00. Called to see if they will offer us any discount since not driving and their travel services are temporarily closed like notary. Basically told after being a member for over 32 years that they cannot discount and we have 95 days to pay or good bye. What a way to treat a long term customer who cannot afford a bill of over $300.00 right now.AAA is giving bonuses to their employees during this time while some of us don’t know when we will work. No empathy and believe me as much as I used to brag about this great company will now let my friends know what this company is really like as their true colors showed during these difficult times.
