Pretty frustrating experience... Ive been a customer of Gary Jones for over 10 years. My billing information changed because my credit card was stolen... instead of receiving a notice or a call from his office, they just terminated my coverage.Once I received notice in the mail that my policy was canceled, I called in and they happily reactivated it... but they were to mail out some sort of packet or form that I was to sign/scan/email back. Never received it. I inquired twice to have them resend an electronic copy, never heard back.Today, I receive an email from a Gary Jones team that my policy has been cancelled due to not sending in the form. Very frustrating...Insurance companies are a dime a dozen, make sure you go with one that puts at least minimal effort into maintaining active coverage.See you never, Gary Jones and the Allstate Team.

This Allstate office is corrupt and untrustworthy. They were helping with corruption against me, their own client. Do not rely on these people, they wont be fair at all.

Greg Frichette doesnt understand what happened. Greg called after hours and started an Auto policy on 5/28/2013 through Allstate Home Office. Home Office assigned the policy to my agency. I have never met Greg. I have only had this agency for 5 years so Im not sure how Greg could be my client for 10. My agency did try to step in and help so Gregs policy would get issued when Greg didnt return the signed application. Home Office mailed Greg the packet for signatures. We called and emailed several times but Greg was unresponsive. We emailed and mailed other copies of the application from Home Office, but we never receive the signed application back.
