We had a recent accident with our company commercial vehicle and Sharon and her staff were very helpful. Our claim was handled quickly and we had our car back in a very reasonable amount of time. Always nice to know someone is there the handle this things when accidents do happen.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had with an insurance agency.Do not use this company. You will do nothing but go around in circles, get your blood pressure up, go thru a hassle, and then end up owing more money than they estimated. I understand estimates but at least get me in the right ballpark.They couldnt get my quote right and after I changed from 17 years with Progressive because Allstate came in $230.00 cheaper and made my payment they all of a sudden found out they messed up on the final quote too. Although I mentioned several times you have both accidents on the report, correct and they said yes, they actually didnt.Now after payment is made, they ask for the rest of the money where they screwed up on, difference of approx $210. They say they tried everything with Allstate but Allstate wouldnt budge. So three months after I paid they sent me a bill.

I filed a claim and it was denied because they did not get their information correct. They also stole my insurance cost and did not refund me. Do not use this insurance group.Also, their phone number hasnt been working. What kind of business is this?
