I thought more highly of Jasen in the past. And the reason for that is, I asked the receptionist that I wanted to speak with him personally. Not on one occasion, but on three. Yes three (3). He never returned my phone call. To me this is totally unacceptable! He is my agent, we pay Allstate in FULL on ALL our statements and he does NOT have the courtesy to return a call!

This family agency is the reason insurance agents get a bad reputation. Some of the reviews on here are from the agents in the office, no wonder they have good reviews. You call that honesty?

I had a bad experience with Feltman Family Ins Agy. I purchased Auto insurance with Allstate online and after paying, it assigned Feltman Family Ins Agy as my local agent. Since the policy could not be activated until March 29, 2021, I called FeltmanFamily Ins Agy and asked to speak with Jason Feltman. The lady who picked up the phone told me Jason is the owner, did not identify her name just told me they will not receive the policy until 10 days later and if I purchased the auto policy from them instead purchased online then she can help me; then she just hung up. She also shouting over the phone. I would like purchase auto insurance from Feltman Family Ins agy.

Johnathan was very helpful and knowledgeable when he responded to my questions. I received all the required paperwork via email from him before he left for the day (he worked pass his regular time to get these to me) Awesome !!!

When I first conducted business via phone with Alejandro he was always kind, professional, and effective.Although, my goal was to lower my insurance rates, he at least had the answer on why that would not be possible.What I appreciated the most was his patience. During the enrollment process I became assiduously busy. We kept playing phone tag, When my deal was finalized I felt as though I had a new friend.

WORSE INSURANCE BROKER EVERABSOLUTELY the WORSE Insurance Broker we have ever worked with.They completely mess up my Auto policies, then continued to messed up EVEN MORE on our homeowner policies. We were in the middle of REFINANCING our properties, the agent decided to extend the new insurance policies with our NEW & Potential Lender instead of our current and existing lenders. Now we are facing insurance cancellations from our existing lenders and additional insurance payments from Allstate. What a joke.!!! The Agent, Rita messed it all up and the supervisor( Miguel) further delayed and amplified the scenario. Finally, Jason, the manager failed to resolve the issues. It must be a complete circus at the office, no one know how to solve problems when they arise. They are all insurance clerks who take your money and get a commission. Stay away as far as you can from this outfit....we will be notifying the California Insurance Commission. Hopefully these clowns will be re-educated to do their professional job correctly.....so the people wont need to deal with this level of ignorance as we had to.
