Anthony from Trifecta came to my home today to change out a copper condensate drain tube and repair flue system. He was right on time and very professional explaining everything he was going to do. The installs were done extremely efficiently and also important to me very, very neatly. I highly recommend them for any heat and/or air conditioning issue, repair, install or upgrade.

Personable repairman, wore a mask and booties on shoes inside. Arrived on time and explained all procedures as he did them. Repaired my A/C and performed maintenance and checks. He had not been informed I wanted a thermostat installed so I had to make another appointment for next week to complete that.

They did an amazing job. Would def recommend this company. Professional, prompt, clean, fast. Price was fair. Not sure what else youd be looking for.Call them!

It was a great experience from start to finish. I received prompt replies to any questions, the estimate was spelled out clearly and the work was completed quickly as soon as the permit was approved. Great service! I was preparing my heater for winter and smelled gas so quickly turned off the gas and called the pros. Sean and his helpful colleague (sorry I forgot his name), were right on time and professional. They ran through my system, checked for leaks and explained ways to make it better without being too pushy! I dont often write reviews but thought they deserved a compliment.

I so highly recommend Trifecta. Late last year we had our entire house rezoned and tubing in air ducts replaced. Trifecta team was so awesome and Anthony did a great job on the install. We also at this time last year added a Quiet Cool fan and Anthony again did a great install. Last week we discovered our 25+ year old heating and AC units were ready to be replaced. We called Trifecta again and once again they didnt disappoint. I was so happy to see Anthony again walk in and felt great knowing he would be leading the charge in replacing these. Our experience with Trifecta Heating and Air Conditioning has been excellent from obtaining a quote (Danny Luff) to have the duct system for the HVAC in our house replaced (Anthony and Nathan). Danny Luff visited our house and thoroughly explained how the ducting system is replaced. He gave us a great quote and was able to give us a quick install date. Today, our installers (Anthony and Nathan) introduced themselves and commenced to lay down drop cloths to protect our wood floors. They worked hard all day, tearing out the old ducts, installing new ducting and one new register in the guest bathroom. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping the floor where there was no drop cloth. When they turned on the furnace, it was amazing how strong the warm air was! Our home will heat more quickly and the furnace run less time. We are also pleased with the proper materials that were used. It is so nice that we received a quote for the replacement of our ducts with excellent materials for half or more of the quotes that we received from competitors. We highly recommend Trifecta for service to your furnace and/or air conditioning unit(s).

This company has been my go to for a few years now. They installed both a heater and air conditioner for my home that has been going strong since day one. I had an issue with an error code on my next thermostat... I had them come out to double check it was only the thermostat. They didn’t check anything, just told me to replace it. I paid $39 diagnostics fee. Perfectly fine... then the AC stopped blowing cold air. They wanted a $79 “trip charge” to come replace my thermostat to my old one. I’m fine with whatever they want to charge me to replace it but a “trip charge” The gal was rude and explained “we don’t work for free” Um, I’m aware of that. I paid you $39 to walk into my house for 5 min 2 days ago. I would never recommend this company. Reply to your comment: I was in no way asking for you to work for free. Its hilarous that you even suggest that. I was willing to pay whatever I needed to for the work to be done. But when you tell me you are going to charge me a $79 drive fee (or whatever you called it) to drive to my house in order to switch out my thermostat... and then $95 an hour (which is perfectly fine) when I just paid you $39 2 days before to do nothing. That is ridiculous! I had another company come out and change out my thermostat the next day for $105 total. No drive fee. They were amazing! Stephens Plumbing, AC, and Heating, thank you to them!!

Trifecta came to our house to check out a problem with our furnace. Mary was able to work us into their afternoon 5 days earlier than the originally scheduled appointment. John and Sean were clean and brought covers to protect our flooring. They diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and were able to correct it immediately. A condensate drain line had become plugged and they cleared it. No charge since I had purchased their service plan earlier in the season. Thanks Trifecta!

To be honest, i did not shop around. I did not compare estimate. I know nothing about heating equipment. First come, first service for me. They come up in Google first, and I call them bcz of same town. Also my nephew is in A/C business in NC, and he said very good price. I like this company, everything so digital. Estimate by email/text message right way. Two young techs were also very nice/clean, well mannered. My previous heaters damage was hard, and they said the installation (appx. 17 yrs ago) was incorrect at one place. Being a senior, I need heater. again, thank you very much for your good job.

I had my HVAC installed last year. Few days later I requested an adjustment from different rooms. Trifecta sent Sean and John to do it and I was pleased with the result. A few months later due to my fault, the water drain tube got loose and I did not know until my yard was flooded, again I had team Sean and John came and fixed the problem. A few days ago the heating stopped, Sean and John again came and found out that the gas line was down ( due to the anti earthquake device shut off). After fixing the gas problem they went through every details to make sure the system OK. For all the times, they are meticulous, efficient, very nice, pleasant and informative. I am very satisfied with their services and personalities and hope that I the future if there is any problem I could have this team again. I would highly recommend Trifecta to friends and relatives.

I had two technicians show up and they were very cordial and gave me an estimate for $89 to look at my heater. They spent over and hour to figure out that a wire needed to be replaced. When they presented the bill the first technician told me that it was $89.00 but when the second technician got involved he changed the bill to $231.00. I was in the middle of another project at the time and didnt have time to argue. I shouldnt have paid the bill but I did. I feel that I was vastly overcharged and will never deal with this company again.Follow up - Trifecta read my review and investigated the problem. I received a phone call apologizing for the overcharge and they refunded me back to $89.00. My heater is now working properly and I feel that the charge is reasonable.

After 45 days of research, Trifecta earned my business -- a complete install (new heater and new a/c unit for my 2000+ sqft home). Great experience all around -- good equipment recommendations (Ameristar, which is made by Trane), fair prices, amazing install experience. Very satisfied. Trifecta is a great Heating and Air Conditioning company and is serious about customer satisfaction. I had Trifecta install a QuietCool Whole House Fan a little over a year ago, the performance of the fan installation had not been satisfactory and didnt cool the house well unless we had just the windows in one or 2 rooms open and then it only cooled just those two rooms. I called Trifecta to see what they could do to improve the performance. Trifecta sent out John and Sean and they realized the problem was that the 2 attic spaces we had in the house were not connected as they are in most homes so all the exhaust air was being forced out of the one small gable vent with a thermostatically controlled gable fan. John and Sean remedied this by adding a 2nd larger gable vent in addition to original gable vent with fan. John and Sean and even worked out a way to have the powered gable fan come on in conjunction with the whole house fan which likely tripled the amount of air flowing through the gable vents. Now the Whole House Fan cools the house in very little time and we are able to sleep in comfort even on warm summer nights.

A big thank you to Trifecta, especially their technician Tim.I was told by another company my compressor was bad and it would cost over $3k, he came over and found out the compressor was not bad.Tim found the problem was with something totally different. He fixed the problem in under an hour and saved me thousands.Thank you for the excellent tech you sent me!I will be using you from now on and refer you to anyone who asks me for a referral for an air conditioning company. Homes were purchased with the original air and heating units that didn’t work. I searched others before making my decision but ultimately went with the name you can trust in Trifecta Heating and Air.
