So great! A nice women answered right away and scheduled a plumber to come out to my mom’s mobile home in Fountain Valley. His name was Colton and he knew exactly what he was doing, and corrected the problem super fast.

Orange Coast Plumbing did an amazing job. Badly leaking hot water heater on a Sunday was replaced by Chuck and Rocky in just hours from my first contact to the company. I have used Orange Coast Plumbing before and will certainly use them in the future. James did some follow-up work given the water pressure and slab leak issues in this area and replaced our water pressure valve that was failing and the main shut off valve. Shannon helped me work with the flooring contractor to make sure that the floor was level so the tub installation would be level. Technician Alex Garcia was dispatched to look at our condo complex septic system and find out why the alarms kept going off. He got here as soon as he could, did the work by himself which included lifting an extremely heavy sewage pit lid and he discovered one problem and a potential second problem within approximately one hour. He kept in constant contact with management and provided photos. This is not the first time Alex has been out to save this complex from a very nasty mess with this sewer system. He does a great job, has a tremendous attitude and works extremely well with the residents and all managers involved. In this time of many demands and stress we feel Alex is doing an outstanding job. We have been clients of Orange Coast Plumbing for over 30 years and they continually save this complex from potential unsafe and nasty conditions that involve septic systems. Ms Tayler Full is a confident professional and she was able to analyze and find the root cause and come up with a plan that’s logical. Had to call Orange Coast this morning for a clogged bathtub. Receptionist was wonderful, When service people came they introduced themselves right away. Chuck and Nolan were very professional/uniforms/masks. They arrived in a very timely manner with all their needed equipment. They explained to me that the clog was due to hardened gunk(My words not theirs) because of lack of using the tub. So glad these men are willing not only to work on a holiday but also during the Covid crisis. I really appreciated their skill and knowledge in getting to the clog. Thank you!

In my past experience, there are plumbers who can get the job done, but were either too social or anti-social. I was a little nervous, so I was pleasantly relieved when we got Anthony as our plumber.
