CAMI is the best place!! I had never gotten a fácil done before but I had been looking for a place for a long time but nothing felt right until I got a facial from CAMI. From the moment you step in the door, they greet you with kindness and and they make the environment feel comfortable and like if you’ve been friends forever. They are excellent at what they do and they take their time and is constantly making sure you feel comfortable. When I went, I had Kelly and she was the most sweetest, funniest and the most easy person to get along with. She made my first time experience great and I’m so ready to go back!!

I have been researching medical spas, new aestheticians and doctors for quite some time. While looking at your website and looking over some of your reviews it seemed everyone had such glowing comments about your practice. I was prepared on Monday to call your practice and schedule a consultation. I thought to myself I may have found my new medical spa!! I was excited! More recently I seen a review that sparked some curiosity regarding your background. I did decide to take it a step farther and do my own research. Dr Giordano and staff I find it so interesting that you simply shrugged off a recent review to a disgruntled employee or a competitor when in fact there are some severe charges that have been brought up against you. I find that so interesting that was never brought up in your response to a recent review. Boy, you sure had me fooled! I pray that whoever reads this review will do their own due diligence and research and find what I came up with. I would love to say I wish you continued success but it is frightening to know that you are taking care of patients with your background!

I went for my first Botox treatment Thursday. Of course I was a ball of nerves. The ladies explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. They both were polite and reassuring. I am wondering if any of your patients or future patients know that you put a ebrium laser in a estheticians hand during a laser resurfacing treatment and let her continue the treatment while you left the room to do a Botox treatment?? Just wondering if this is standard protocol in your office?? Is that even legal?!? If one person sees this review and is having second thoughts…..Mission Accomplished! BUYER BEWARE!9/5/2021Thank you for your response. True that lasers can be handled by other trained staff under the direct supervision of a doctor but definitely NOT to be left unsupervised while you leave the room to do a Botox treatment with a patient who is under sedation and it’s not ok when you’re doing a treatment with a deeper depth. I don’t know of any other facilities that allow an esthetician to do sedated deep laser. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Ive been in a couple of time for dermaplaning and botox. Impressed with my experience I decided to come in to have laser used on some broken capillaries I had on my cheek. They were professional and made sure I understood the procedure as well as what to expect. My spot is now gone. I will definitely return for other services.

I was referred by two different friends to CAMI. I had a not so pleasant experience a few years ago with Botox and had decided it just wasn’t for me. I went today for the first time due to a promotion they were offering, I called twice to confirm the promotion and most of it was accurate. However, the way it was advertised per unit was not advertised accurately and the confirmation on calling in twice to confirm such, wasnt corrected for verification. Aside from that, my experience was great and I will be back. Very nice establishment, I absolutely love that they have a rewards program and Dr. Marlee Matlock was so fun to be in the room with.

Love visiting CAMI. I’ve been to a few different places for Botox and other things, but CAMI is my favorite in the Lake Norman area. They are always so friendly and easy to speak with. I always look forward to my appointments, and they are so easy to schedule last minute touch ups. Marlee is my “go-to” girl, but I do love Dr. G and all the other girls here.

I was referred to this place from three of my friends. I’ve never gotten anything done so I was hesitant but I decided to try them out. I’m so happy I did! She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I have a very low pain tolerance and I’m very squeamish but she made it easy. Her voice was very calming and she was able to calm me down. Everyone in the facility was very nice and welcoming as well. I got one syringe of juvederm ultra and I’m still healing but they look wonderful!! She did a great job and I’m getting so many compliments. Very happy!

I just had a procedure done with Marissa and had an amazing experience! Her professionalism, job knowledge and bedside care was top notch! Can’t wait to go back!

I have been going to CAMI for many years and love Dr. G and his associates. I just recently had a hyfro facial from Meredith and she was amazing.

I had an appointment at 12:15pm today. I arrived on time and was seated in the waiting room. At 12:45pm, I was taken back to a room. I waited in the room alone for 15 more minutes. Finally, at 1:05pm, I walked up to the reception desk and said I would call back to reschedule as I was about to be late to another appointment. Not once did anyone speak to me as to why the wait was so long and, ultimately why my scheduled appointment was so severely delayed. I am extremely disappointed in this poor communication and unprofessional conduct.I have heard nothing but good things about CAMI and it is very sad that I had such a negative experience.

CAMI made me feel very comfortable. The staff was nice and willing to answer all of my many many questions. I appreciated their willingness to take the extra time with me. Looking forward to my future appointments

Booked an appointment for laser hair removal. They were transparent about how well the treatment would work for different skin/hair types, how many sessions would be needed, costs and timing involved. Easy to schedule and change appointment times. Everyone in office was very friendly.

I had my first hydra facial with Alyssa. It was amazing. First class service and very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

I received my first Hydro facial today at the Rock Barn location. The facility it is very clean and the staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. I was teamed up with Kelly and she was the perfect fit for me. I asked her to explain all the steps for me and she kept constant communication as to what was going on during the process and I truly appreciated that. I look forward to working with Kelly in the future. My face looks and feels amazing!

I have visited Cami twice so far. Once was with Marlee Matlock for Botox. She was wonderful and listened to my needs. I am thrilled with my results and will return. My second visit was with Meredith Rhoney for a skin wave facial. She too was so great and I am very happy with my skin results. The office staff were all so wonderful (Jennifer) and accommodating for scheduling times convenient for me.

I’m so impressed with CAMI. Dr Giordano has an outstanding reputation which is why I decided to book an appointment. The entire staff will make you feel comfortable and CONFIDENT! Annie was very thorough with providing details before and after my treatment. Dr. G is a no-nonsense Expert. I’m a cautious individual and I must say, I had NO skepticism or concerns in his chair. I wanted to wait before I posted a review to give my injections the minimum of 2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier and I will never go elsewhere. You’re in excellent hands at CAMI.
