DO NOT GET LASHES DONE HERE! Absolute JOKE of a business! I went in for a full set of lashes. Later upon looking at them closely I could see that multiple of my lashes were glued onto one extension which anyone in the beauty industry should know that is very dangerous for the eye area. I took them off with lash remover that night! I called and spoke with the owner who is very unprofessional and said nothing could be done about it and they were “keeping my money”. He bought into a franchise and doesn’t know how to run it properly. His unfriendly son will be the first thing you see when walking into this studio. Save your money and be safe when getting lashes done. Don’t go here if you know what’s good for you. I will continue to post this review. Owner keeps removing it (: THESE ARE MY ACCOUNTS, not fake! I am not here to bully anyone, I AM POSTING THIS TO KEEP OTHER WOMEN SAFE, since you are not! Look how unprofessional these people are with the comment left under this review. I received eye threading and tinting. They are very professional and the service was great. I will be going back on a regular basis.

Worst threading Ive ever received! He used really thin thread which broke easily and frequently. Made it more uncomfortable. He didnt go over the entire area with the thread so he left behind a lot of hair. I showed him the areas that needed attention & he quickly went over them but kept saying he couldnt see the hair! Im blonde. While I do have several dark hairs, the majority are light and coarse. It wouldnt matter, If you had gone over the areas properly with the thread, you would have removed them but you didnt. There were no customers but me. I believe previous reviews may not be genuine. I now have to pay again somewhere else. I only came here because my usual lady is on vacation. Please beware & go somewhere else and dont waste your money!

I have ONLY allowed one person before the pandemic thread my eyebrows. I traveled to the Huntsville location on a chance and WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED. Sean did an excellent job. I have eyebrows and that makes them easy for some to shape and hard for others. He was professional, not overly talkative and continued to hand me the mirror ensuring my pleasure.Thank you...

I had two services - brows and lashes done. It was great! The people were welcoming and the service was exactly what I expected. They took their time and was carefully done. Even a week later, my eyes look good! The place too was very clean and everyone wore a mask. Im glad this location opened - its my go-to place now.

The employees are super nice and it’s brand new location, but they need more training :( they messed up my eyebrows twice. I tried giving them a second chance, but my eyebrows were not looking right. I’m sorry . The university area is way better.

I usually enjoy my experience at Idolize but after my last visit. I will not be returning. I went to go get my eyebrows threaded before my graduation ceremony on the upcoming Saturday. Usually anyone there can do my eyebrows well so I never request for a specific person. However, the individual who did my eyebrows must have been new or not well trained. I asked her to just clean up eyebrows because I liked the current shape that was present and just needed maintenance but she instead gave me an ENTIRE NEW SHAPE. She made them so paper thin. I kind of felt like Mrs. Puff from Spongebob. One eyebrow was thicker than the other and she left cuts and scratches across my brow bone. It was so painful! Once she wiped my eyebrows down with witch hazel, the pain was almost unbearable due to the burning sensation. I didnt bother asking for my money back because they have a no refund policy. I will not be returning to any of their locations.

I literally just came out of Idolize, got my brows threaded and tinted to perfection AND did an eyelash lift and tint. I am blown away by the work BRIEK did! She was extremely professional, funny, and made me feel super comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and encourage everyone to book an appointment with BRIEK!!!

Both people at the Huntersville location were so friendly. The place is so clean and inviting. Had a classic full eyelash set applied. When I initially looked in the mirror, while at Idolized, they looked amazing and gorgeous. Unfortunately, when I woke up this morning I have had a bunch fall off. My lashes now look like a need a 3 - 4 week refill and it hasn’t even been 24 hours.

I just moved from NY and was looking for a new place for brow threading, I’m so glad I came across this gorgeous salon. My brows came out perfectly and she was so gentle the whole time! I highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to try the other services they offer!

I got my facial done and they are absolutely fantastic specially Rekha. I would recommend everybody to go and get your face massage done atleast once and I am sure you will go back. Rekha you are the best and you know what you doing.

I accidentally posted on my husbands account which was probably very confusing! I got eyelash extensions last Friday. Within 6 days they had all fallen off. I know how to properly care for my extensions. Have gotten them done many times. Will not be going back. Poor quality and were not filled in very well at all. When I posted on my husbands account, they called me Melissa and said they would call me. Obviously I have not received a call. Very disappointed in how ny eyes looked for my big vacation.

Overall very friendly. Let me preface this with I have had eyelash extensions many times so I know the proper care and maintenance, and I did such with my eyelash extensions. Within 48 hours over 50% came off! It was like the glue had issues or something. She put very few lashes on in the first place, but by the time I got to my event that I got my extension, they were so bad! And I looked aweful! Ugh wont be going back

Brie was The one who did my lashes! She’s really good and she made me comfortable. The other staff are really nice as well. They offer discounts for first time visit and I saw them on Groupon too so make sure to check it out.

My visit to the Huntersville Idolize was great! Bree was the tech that took care of me. She was very kind and professional. She answered all of my many questions as this was my first experience with Lash extensions. The staff is great and the salon is beautiful and very clean.I would definitely recommend this spa. I plan to return. Love my lashes!

This place is awesome. Bree was very attentive and detailed with her work. I made this appointment last minute because I went to a different location ( Kenilworth) I was 10 minute s late and was turned away(with calling ahead) The same thing happened as I was trying to make it to this appt. The other staff member( i cant remember his name) just moved My appt time down i was so appreciative They give great customer service and are very professional!🙂

When you enter the spa the place looks very nice and put together, lovely decor. I went to get my brows done here and I was very pleased. The staff was very kind and she got the job done. For my first eyebrow threading experience, there are zero complaints and I love how my brows looked! I will be going again and next time I’m going to try their facials also. Looking forward to trying more services.

So glad Idolize is in Huntersville! I always had to drive to the Dilworth or Southpark location before their opening. The lady who threaded my eyebrows also works at the Dilworth location so she had experience. The place was clean, employees wore masks, and they took my temperature when I arrived.

I went to this place to wax my face, but they did a terrible job and left scars on my face with wax strips.

Very friendly ladies and treated my wife very well.

Ok experience. I initially called to ask for a consult about TINt and was assured that I would get that. Well, upon my arrival the lady sat me down and immediately started THREADING my eyebrows without knowing what I wanted nor did she tell me what she was doing! The owner sensed my FEAR and intervened to explain the process. The lady was short with me, I guess because I questioned her, I came for tint NOT threading. Once the OWNER explained the process I was more at ease. He was professional and polite. I was happy with the end result, however, the staff needs to be more welcoming and work on their communications skills especially for new customers I will give them a second chance. .
