Im a very patient person, I know what its like to have a job that isnt that rewarding. Not judging at all. This young lady that helped me was very rude, and aggressive. The only reason I went to this location is because I moved away from the I-10 location, Market street.. therere the best!...anyways, shes one of the rudest person I have experienced in the customer service industry. Maybe she was having a bad day? dont know, just being honest. When I returned the trailer the gentleman that helped was very nice, and helpful. However, I will never return to this location. Id rather drive 15 miles out of my my way than drive 3 miles and get treated like s$#t. FYI this is the first review I have given anyone, or any company. I feel that strongly about this lady.

Their actual business hours in the weekends are from 7am to 11pm so they are very convenient. Very helpful personnel and easy transaction. Thank you

I rent my u-haul here because there is no other option pricing have gotten outrageous and the wait is ridiculous!

Great folks to deal with.They dont have a lot of inventory but they can get what you need.Just a pleasure to do business with them.

I totally agree with the folks that want to give 0 stars!!! The lady who assisted me was the rudest customer service person I have ever been involved with. She copped an attitude when she finally decided to help me. (Waited on every person that came to the counter after me, I guess uhaul customers get bottom priority). When I asked her to please stop with the attitude she went off. Yelling and screaming that she was not the one with the attitude and she was not my slave??? She was from India and I guess they act and react differently over there. She continued to yell and scream the whole time I was loading the furniture pads. UNBELIEVABLE that someone like this can represent uhaul in business dealings. Absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered in 66 years. This is my last time to deal with uhaul.

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I picked up my U-Haul yesterday morning at 10:30am everything looked great. I have never rented a U-Haul before or anything like this for that matter. I got the truck to move from my apartment in Humble to my house in Baytown which is roughly 57-59 miles. I got into the truck and noticed it was only a quarter of a tank and dirty in the back so no big deal, I just let the guy know and he said he would note it in my account. Well, today I go to drop it off at a Baytown location and the guy there tell me that I needed to sweep out the inside, I drove 106 miles, and I needed to fill it up. I let him know that I spoke with the guy that I got it from and let him know that it was dirty and it only had a quarter of a tank and it should have been in my file. I also let him know that there was absolutely no way that I drove 106 miles! I literally drove from the pick up location (Humble), my apartment (Humble), my storage unit (Baytown), my house (Baytown), and drop off location (Baytown.) There is physically NO way that I drove 106 miles!!! Also my contract stated I had only 41 miles that I could drive. From pick up to drop off is 40 miles! That would make it where I couldn’t even go anywhere but pick up and drop off! He then tells me that all he can do is go off the contract which I completely understand and yes I should have read it but like I said I’ve never done it before. He let me know it would $60+ for gas and miles and he said they will take it out of my account that I used for the initial payment! So either someone messed up with their numbers or I am getting screwed off for NO reason! I am a good and honest person. This really irritates me that this is happening to me! Money hungry pos.

I showed up with a reservation to pick up the u haul truck and it was not available. Their only resolution was to get another one for me at 6pm, after dark. I would never recommend this place to anyone
