I bought a trailer from this business over a year ago. They were very friendly and able to accept payments for the trailer, which I paid off before the required time frame.Back in October of 2019 I gave them money for the tax, license, and tags to put it in my name.It’s October 2020 and I still do not have the title, or registration in my name. I’m not sure what they did with the money I gave them.I understand that COVID occurred, but this should have been taken care of way before January of 2020.I called them today, 10/13/2020, no results. They keep blaming it on COVID.They are down to earth and willing to work with you, but come on man, enough is enough!If this is not taken care of ASAP, the only alternative is legal action!

Pretty basic good experience. I needed a trailer to move a motorcycle and they hooked me up at a fair price. I would come back again. Pretty convenient location for me in Humble.

Outstanding service very nice

Called, asked if they could repack bearings on my boat trailer. They said yes. Took it by there a few weeks later, guy said I needed submersible bearings and they did t do those. I said regular bearings were fine, but they wouldnt even consider it. Didnt even come out and look. Never seen a business not want to help or make money.

I do not recommend this place for trailer rentals. I would stay away. I got caught at the last minute and thought Id use this guy since he was local. This guy bought a few old used trailers and rents them out. The trailers are pretty crappy.....the one I rented had a broken winch, loose boards, and no license plate. The owner made a big deal about how if there was a flat, Id have to pay for a new tire. Then he insisted on paying in cash, but took a credit card in case there was an issue with the trailer, he could charge me. If he can take a credit card, the cash only can mean only one thing, and you know what that is. When I got it home, I noticed there was a chain dragging from underneath that I couldnt get loose. While I was trying to fix the chain, I noticed a nail in one of the tires.....when I checked, it was flat with no air. So Ill leave it to you do guess whether or not he intentionally gave me a tire with a nail and insisted I would pay if it went flat. The spare he gave me was so dry rotted that it would have gone flat very quickly, and I would have been left on the side of the road, owing him two tires. The other sleezy thing is that the weekend special was that he charged me for two days instead of four. Not much of a deal, only charging two days for a weekend. The trailer was so crappy that I was scared to get on the road with it. I ended up going to one of the main trailer rental places that opens at 7:00 and charges less money for a new trailer that is safe. This guy doesnt open till 9:00. Some of the good places only charge one day for a weekend. Stay away from this guy and dont get stuck on the side of the road with a broken trailer, owing him money for a crappy trailer and crappy tires that he gave you. Go to a reputable trailer rental place.

I cant speak on pricing bc I found this place on fb market place and didnt search anyone else after speaking to him. I really like how I was able to put half down and pay the balance in payments. He stresses being a man of your word in which I was. Pleased with the trailer. Going back soon to upgrade!

Not even bother wasting your time visiting this place I rent a haul car trailer and bring it back about 3:20 same day and they was closed so I have to take the trailer back with me and return next day. I call the guy and he said that I have 24 hrs rental he ask me to call the other ph.# and it was connected to the fax .

This place is over priced, 12 trailer 1300+ tax and title. Save your time and money, visit Texas trailer supply. Off Kuykendall rd. in spring Texas.16 for $1205 drive off, title and tax included in that price. $1400 if you want new set of tires and wheels.This guy will lie through his teeth to justify his inflated prices, good luck in your ventures
