Great place to get a windshield rock chip fixed! There was no wait, I was promptly greeted. The shop was super clean and neat. They were very professional and did a great job so what more could you ask for? I would highly recommend them!

Demetrius was awesome! I pulled in and he walked out to meet me at my car. I told him I needed a state inspection he said he would be right with me as he had another car in front of me. He then pulled both cars in and completed the inspection for both at the same time! The entire time he was super courteous and very respectful. I would definitely recommend you go see him if you need your car inspected.

Went in today to get my inspection done and was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The gentleman that did the inspection (assume it was the owner) was very friendly and efficient! Bonus points for cute dog in the shop.

I had a windshield chip and called to get information about getting it fixed. Scott advised me the approximate time it would take, price and offered friendly customer service. I came in the next morning and my experience was fast, professional and the chip was fixed. My husband and I found this place simply by driving by and will definitely be returning in the future.

I got my truck from my dad 3 years ago and he always brought the truck here to get inspected... so I figured if it ain’t broke don’t fix it... every time I come the guy is always super sweet, really helpful and has me in and out super quick... by far the best experience I’ve had with inspections!!!!

This was my first time at this place. I noted not so good reviews but decided to give it a shot, mainly cause he was courteous on the phone and told me it should take less than 10 min (unless someone else beats me to it). I was nearby and got there quickly. No one was in front. He continued to be very polite, efficient and got it done in less than 10 minutes. Good job

I bring both of my vehicles to get inspected every year. They definitely put the express in inspections. Ten minutes or less and we are on our way. Fast courteous service.

Very unprofessional, a friend of mine went today and they over charged him being they charged for services that weren’t needed and not approved by him.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Went in for an inspection and a rock chip repair. Inspection got done fine but he says he repaired a chip but there is still one in my windshield. Went back to see if they would just do their job and fix it and they wont. Said it would be $45 or I could go through my insurance again. Rip off. Also a women came in saying they unplugged her brake light in order to sell her one. Bunch of scam artists.

Still cannot believe my experience in attempting to obtain standard vehicle inspection. First the clown left the emergency brake on and told me he would have to fail me because I had a brake problem. I took the brake off and said nothing. Then he claimed my horn was insuficiently loud and he would have to fail me for that. I told him my horn did not seem to have any problem. He recommended a shop nearby that could fix it. How convenient! I immediately went to another inspection place and passed. The new, non-crooked inspector brought out the state manual and showed me that a vehicle must be audible from 200 feet away. He walked to a spot 200 feet away and had me use the horn. He told me he would raise his arm when he heard it. He said it was clearly audible from that distance. It was clear to me that some sad shadiness is going on at Inspection Express. Unless you want your inspection failed for no reason and to pay hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars for needed repairs, I suggest you avoid at all costs.

This place should be shut down permanently. The guy there that runs the place will try to take you for all you have, If you can even find him. I tried this place several times because it was close and found out its NOT the place to go for fair and honest workmanship. This guy has got to be one of the most incompetent business owners I have seen yet. Poor service. Poor amenities, Poor attitude and ability to prooepro operate a state mandated business. If I could leave zero stars I definitely would.

Bad customer service, incompetent inspector. Said I was missing a lug but on every tire when in fact, my tires each have a lock that is smaller than the rest, he didn’t check properly and failed me. Worst part is he didn’t let me know this after the inspection so I had no way of letting him know. He simply said “you’re good” and took my money.

Cheap work, Scott (apparently the owner) was supposed to fix a crack on my windshield to prevent it from getting worse but instead it did get worse, the same day, and now half of my windshield is cracked. I wanted my refund over the phone and I offered to send him pictures of proof since I was in the area at the time but live too far to go back and he insisted i bring it in for an evaluation he was rude and seemed careless of his poor work saying that a refund is not possible because thats not how his warranty works and says if you dont want to come in again thats unfortunate. He expects me to pay him more to change my entire windshield at his price but fails to realize he cant do his job right so why would I let him work on my car even more? Not the way to do business buddy DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO NO ONE.

Best great service I had for Inspection fast

Been here twice. Same thing both times. Waited around 20-25 minutes. Employee was hanging around talking to other people in the garage. Signaled to him that i was in need of service. Was never attended. Lame.

The young man working today was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Took no time at all.
