Great service was able to fit me in the same day I called. Rodger was really nice and helpful on the phone and his tech Dave was quick with the repair and went the extra mile to inspect the rest of the ac system. They are great price wise and service wise. Thank so much for getting us cooled in the this Texas heat.

These guys are great! I called yesterday afternoon because my air conditioner was just blowing hot air. I was surprised that they could get someone to me SAME DAY and get my air conditioner running perfectly again so quickly! I am very pleased with the quality of work, and the price! Definitely recommend them!

Called late evening, our dispatch office was hot humid. Tech came out around midnight, replaced a motor, cleaned unit got us nice and comfortable in no time. Good work and fair rates. Recommend to every one.

I recently contacted Airtechs Mechanical to buy and install a new A/C unit. They were at my house within an hour and they were back early the next day to install my new system. They were great - professional, courteous and very knowledgeable Before they left that day, my new system was installed and I understood everything about it! The owner, Mr. Knight, was so knowledgeable! I will always call Airtechs for A/C repair or replacement! I would recommend them to anyone! They were great! Oh, the icing on the cake...2 weeks later, the Airtechs office called me just to see if the system was working okay....Amazing!!! Kudos to Airtechs!

Airtechs came out to my office and ended up fixing our existing air conditioner! The other companies wanted to charge us $12,000 for a new one. These guys are very honest and professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

The person who answers the phone is VERY rude. She was TOTALLY disrespectful. She acted as if she was the one without air. I would NEVER use this Co.It wasn’t about the process which in fact according to your Co and the Leasing Co you did not follow. The Leasing Co told me your Co had said they contacted me today and that was false. Your Co said they called me and scheduled an appointment but that wasn’t true either. Rather I’m leasing or buying I should expect and receive good customer service regardless of the process. The process is not the issue your worker was rude and yelled at me and hung up on me when I was trying to schedule the appointment. She acted as if she had been without air conditioning. She also hung up on my fiancé when he called her after she initially called him to schedule the appointment. He told her I was the contact and he didn’t live at the home. She lied and said she didn’t have my telephone number which was false because the Leasing Co gave it to her and she initially called me. When he tried to give her my number she hung up on him. I was out of town and couldn’t be home for the initial service call so my fiancé was at the home. I gave her his number. That has nothing to do with the process. Just bad customer service.I have no problem with the Leasing CO’s process. You have to get the Bid approval from them but you must schedule the appointments with me and that did not happen. Being rude and telling untruths is unacceptable and that’s what I had a problem with.

Airtechs did a wonderful job on my new system. I live north of Conroe and was still able to have a tech come to my home the same day. I didnt expect that! The tech was very punctual and polite. He explained exactly what was going on with my system, and what needed to be done to get my a/c running again. Im very happy with the work that was done, and feel like I paid a fair price. They will be getting my business from now on.
