Scheduled service was originally from 8-12, but was changed the day of to 10-2. Waited all day, called several times, only to be told the guy will now show up at after 2. They weren’t respectful of our time agreement. If you have a busy schedule like me, don’t go with these guys. They’re not mindful at all of your schedule.

Loved the results, and working with the company was a breeze. I misplaced the invoice and the owner so graciously was able to dig it up and email it to me so that I could send to my landlord. HIGHLY recommend!

The team was on time, very professional and courteous, and did a great job. The carpet in the stairwell of our condo building looks so much better now. Thank you!!!

Quality work and friendly staff. I took 2 small rugs there to be cleaned thanks to some pet-related stains. The first came clean immediately and the second needed some additional attention -- they did the job until it was done to my satisfaction. Would definitely do business with them again!

This was my first time using Rug Cleaners and I couldnt be any more satisfied. I called them and that same day they picked it up. It took about a week for them to do the cleaning which was perfect timing because I was going away for vacation. Next time I need to clean my rug I will definitely be calling them back for their service. Not only was my rug thoroughly cleaned but the technician was very nice and helpful! They did a great job of cleaning a rug that had been soiled by a relatives dog. They were helpful, and the rug was cleaned in the timeframe that they had indicated. The rug has no scent and looks great!
