When I spoke to them on the phone they scheduled my appointment they were very professional aside from that the person that was going to do the maintenance and the work on the house called me they promptly called me which I was surprised happily surprised may I say and he explained everything to me I had a lot of questions bye used them for insulation or re-insulation mine was really bad and I had a tea read it over the years I didn’t even know it happened but he explained it to me anyway all my questions were answered reset the appointment he was very nice and professional sir if I had any questions I could call him directly and I thought that was great. In the mist of all this I had emergency gallbladder surgery so I was in the hospital while this was happening they were very kind and patient and even waited until I was out of surgery to take my payment over the phone who is scheduled the maintenance because I also got the yearly maintenance where they come out in the summer and then they come out in the winter to check and it looks beautiful it looks great so hopefully everything is good. I have not been into the attic but I if it looks like the outside unit then everything is great thank you so much I look forward to working with you in the future

Technician was very thorough in making sure my unit was cooling properly. He took his time and made sure it was charged properly and the pressures were correct. This is the company to use when you need AC work! Most other companies want to get in for a quick fix, get paid and get out. These guys genuinely have the customers interest in mind.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our AC system went out on us on a Sunday, my husband called Alfredo Sandoval, he answered his phone we told him what was happening he showed up Monday morning ready to work fully prepared. He told me he would have a new AC system in starting later this afternoon, Alfredo and his crew showed up, ready to work. They were at my house until 8:30 PM installing my new AC system. It was a long hot day and night, Alfredo brought a portable AC for me to used during the day until they came back to install our new system. After being without A/C for 3 weeks due to my home warranty company and the inept contractor they used, I was at my wits end and decided to find my own A/C service. I called EZ Comfort Air and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Within 5 minutes they had correctly diagnosed the problem and set up a plan to replace my A/C and heating unit. The gentlemen who came out and worked to install our new unit were great and very professional. There was a mishap with one of the techs accidently halfway falling through the ceiling of my kitchen, however, they assured me they would fix it at no extra cost to me, and had a great sheetrock repairman out the next morning. Despite that, I am thrilled with the knowledge and professionalism of this company and their ability to do everything is an extremely satisfactory time frame. I look forward to the relationship Ill have with this company for the next 10 years (due to my 10 year service warranty on my new unit). I rarely give 5 star reviews, but I am very happy with my decision to call EZ Comfort Air. Thanks guys!

Working with EZ Comfort Air has been such a great experience. We had a brand new unit installed last year in 2020. Their customer service dept and installation crew were amazing and explained everything to us regarding the unit and the new digital thermostat.We recently had to call EZ for help regarding some water issues in the attic that affected the duct work in our home. Their response was so quick, they dispatched someone the same day! It was nice to see Mr. Juan Martinez when he arrived, he was also on the original installation crew a year ago. Juan is knowledgeable and skilled at his job. He provided an assessment, a quote, and came back the next day to complete the work. He and his colleague worked all day yesterday until the job was finished, and contacted me today to make sure everything was still running smoothly.It’s not always easy to trust someone with a major home purchase or repair, but I have 100% confidence in them and highly recommend using EZ Comfort, and Juan, if he’s available.

EZ Comfort installed a new AC unit as well as a zoning system in our home. They have been extremely responsive throughout the process as we got up to speed with the new system. In addition, they have amazing technicians as well.Juan in particular did a great job: He came out on an emergency service call, in a thunderstorm, to help troubleshoot our system. It turned out to have nothing to do with the AC, but was in fact a plumbing problem. Wow! We are so impressed with the service provided by EZ Comfort. When we returned from a trip, our AC was not working. My husband searched for a well-reviewed company in our area, and EZ Comfort was listed - and the reviews were spot on! Ten minutes into the estimated arrival time, our hero - Felipe - arrived! My engineer husband noted Felipes expertise and more importantly his focus on safety. Within about 20 minutes, Felipe diagnosed and fixed our AC. He very professionally explained the problem and the fix - all with a smile on his face. Because of Felipe, we also purchased the maintenance plan - and will request that he does our checks. EZ Comfort Air Conditioning did a great job. My AC units were not cooling as efficiently as they should. Juan explained everything they were doing and what he found. He provided me with different solutions and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They were able to diagnose my AC issues quickly and were able to tell me why my units were not cooling the house. They found our pan in the attic was about to overflow so they blew it out. They also cleaned the coils on the condenser, which were really dirty. Units are running efficiently and feel the issue was fixed. Definitely recommend EZ Comfort Air.

EZ Comfort installed a quality Trane system on my previous home, doing an outstanding job with excellent follow up periodic service and now needed a replacement on my current home. They came out on short notice, within the early part of their 2 hour window (others offer 4 hour windows). Alfredo and Phillip went right work, assessing the problemThat set the need of a new system into motion and then collecting info and photographing the various elements involved in a replacement for an accurate quote. Due to shortages of equipment needed and what is in stock not in stock and availability to install ASAP proved a challenge for all vendors asked to quote - it was a close decision between 4 different vendors opted to go with a competitor who had everything ready to go with a good price. EZ Comfort is still on top of my list but my flexibility of not having AC at all really pushed an near impossible time table which only one could 100% guarantee, without a doubt. No fault to EZ Comfort whatsoever- solid company and staff, very professional.

I called first thing in the morning because my AC had stopped in the middle of the night and they were at my house less than 4 hours later., which I appreciated. They charge a service charge to just come look but it was refunded when I signed up for yearly maintenance. The parts were covered under warranty but not the labor, which was a little expensive IMHO, but it did get my AC working again quickly and my house was cool again when I got home. They found some other issues that they said they corrected as well. It a little disappointing that my install (not done by them) was less than 6 years ago and the unit had issues (Trane) but this was not their problem. I’m thankful that I had AC later that day. Overall good service.

They did the whole attic insulation for me and it made a huge difference in the cooling of my home. They were extremely professional and got the job done in a very efficient manner. Even helped me re-hang some of the ducts in the attic. I definitely recommend this company. I live in Spring, Texas and they had the best price of the many quotes that i received also.

I have been without air for 5 days. I called my home warranty company.Choice home warranty. On Thursday morning, they didnt call me until late. And advised me someone would be out between 2 and 4. No one called me and finally showed up at my home at 830 pm.he said he would turn in report. Finally Sunday morning I get a email that they refused to pay for repairs . My heat pump style thermostat had failed and after dealing with poor internet reception, he took the time to watch a google video to see if he had one in his truck that would work. As far as value, EZ Comfort is somewhere in the middle, theyre not the most expensive but theyre not the cheapest either and were more than willing to work with us in that area. When we called, they were extremely responsive as were able to move us into their schedule for a same-day installation of all the hardware involved. They were a little late getting to the house but once they arrived the installation was fast and very effective.As far as quality, the labor was fast and professional. We had been told it would take about 4 to 5 hours but in fact they were done in about 3.5 hours. All the equipment they installed is new and the work seems to be well done. I couldnt find any gaps, holes or leaks in any of the connections up in the attic. They were also very responsive to any questions we had regarding all the work.

I was nervous about hiring someone to come look at my HVAC because I thought it would be expensive but Im glad I had them come out! They are truly experts in their field and are very knowledgeable. Jorge and his partner were able to fix my issue and shared a lot of their knowledge with me. I will definitely hire them again for any ac/heating issues in the future.

Oscar and George were both really professional. It was fantastic that when they came to the door they shook my hand and introduced themselves. They were respectful of our home and keeping things tidy. They took care of the problem quickly for a very fair price. I highly recommend these guys.

EZ Comfort offered same day service while the competitors was a day wait or more. Upstairs ac unit wasn’t working properly. EZ Comfort technician, George, came within the allotted time of 1-3pm and went to detail me exactly what was the issue with my unit. I’m never to old to learn and George did an excellent job detailing exactly what the issue was, showed me the part and checked the faulty capacitor right in front of me. I was so impressed with his transparency and work knowledge I put bit units under their service contract. So not only did I get a 10% discount on the part, George performed a service on my other unit and found that capacitor to be on its last leg. Once everything was complete, George did a temp check in the rooms and now my warmest section of my home is cooler than ever.Money well spent!

This was the most efficient, professional company Ive had the pleasure of working with. Carlos and his vast team had the experience and knowledge to carry out a plan of execution without a hitch for a 3-unit system in my home. We have now used EZ Comfort both on our commercial properties and at at my residence, and do not plan on looking elsewhere for our future HVAC needs.

Working with this company was a HUGE blessing. My AC had been out since March and it was one thing after another to get it fixed. I needed a whole new system, but my home warranty would only give me a very low amount cash out for what I needed. I was laid off 2 weeks prior. Rey came and did my estimate and treated me like his sister. My home was 87 degrees when he came. He was open and honest about my options and was able to get my AC fixed the very next day. I am SO grateful for the work that was done and for people like Rey that worked with me during these difficult times. We had an old system that limped through 19 years and needed replacing. We located this company through the Trane website as they are listed Trane Comfort Specialists. We contacted no less than 6 of these dealers directly pulled from the website so we had multiple customer reviews and proposals from each to go through. We were determined to have a Trane system with the correct installation, and we decided on EZ Comfort to do the job.We wanted the installation done before it got too warm, they scheduled us in quickly and installed our new Trane XV18 system in one full day of hard work. We used to have a single stage zoned cooling system and with their duct work and other necessary adjustments we now have a variable speed zoned AC system. Finally!We ultimately decided on EZ Comfort due to their customer service and reliable local/family business feel; our top 2 dealers to choose from were quoting practically the same amount. I requested licenses, liability insurance, workers comp, service agreements, a lot of things and they forwarded them to me without hesitation. We expressed concerns with our electrical system and Carlos immediately offered to have a certified electrician on site and sure enough he was there the day of installation fixing things before anything was connected. They even sent a cleaning service afterwards to clean over where they worked but there was hardly any mess considering how careful they were. Most importantly, everyone wore their masks during installation without it ever needing to be brought up.It has been a few days since our installation and normally I have buyer’s remorse when it comes to high-cost purchases but this time the outcome was too good for even that. If you are looking for great work for good value with fantastic customer service, I recommend EZ Comfort.

I had a fantastic experience with this company and specifically John and Edwin. They came out the same day I reported the issue and were on time. They were courteous and professional throughout the appointment. They communicated what was going on, what the problem was, and the resolution.I want to stress how friendly and courteous these gentleman were. I am very impressed with them. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I hired EZ Comfort to replace my aging AC system, and they did an excellent and thorough job at a fair price. Oscar and his team arrived on time and were knowledgeable and friendly, inviting me to ask questions any time while they were working. They worked diligently and finished sooner than I was expecting-- I wasnt sure if it would be a two-day job, but they finished in about 4-5 hours.When they got everything finished, Oscar showed me around the new system and explained what the different parts did and pointed out features of my new thermostat as well. Im very happy with my new AC system! They clearly show pride in their work, and I will hire them again the next time I need AC service.

Mr. Jorge Sanchez came out to give me an estimate on a new A/C and gas furnace. He did a very good job explaining everything to me and was very knowledgeable about the systems. And the price he gave me was far less than the other companies. I highly recommend EZ Comfort.Antonio and Lewis came out to do the installation of my furnace and AC unit today, and I was very, very satisfied with the work they did. The job looks very professional and neatly done for half the price of the other companies. Mr. Jorge also took the time out to explain to me about how the system works and the added benefits of the system. Im very satisfied.
