I had some bad scratches that went across both doors on a black pickup truck. Lou was able to match the color, and finish and blend the paint perfectly. He didnt try to do overdo the work (replace door skins, etc.) to charge more. His price was substantially lower than another auto body in Marlborough. He finished a day early and had late pickup available.I had a great experience with this repair and can definitely recommend his services.

I just came across Precision Auto within the last couple of years. I was looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic in the Hudson area. I’ve taken my vehicles here 4-5 times since (brakes, belt, oil changes, etc.) and have been very happy – work done right at a reasonable price. Recently, I took my front-wheel drive car into Precision knowing I needed some type of brake work, and was expecting the worst. I thought that all 4 brakes may have needed work. After diagnosing, Lou (the owner) explained that only the front brakes (rotors, pads) needed to be replaced. So I came away from it for much less $$s than I feared, and my brakes were perfect after that.

Outstading customer service! Ive had all positive experiences here. Lou does excellent work. He is courteous, kind, dependable, and fair. I will not bring my car anywhere else!

1st time customer great experience!

We needed our emergency brake repaired so we could get our car inspected before a trip to attend a funeral. The original appointment we had at a local chain type repair shop was canceled last minute. In a jam we called Precision Auto. My husband explained the situation. Lou said bring it in and Ill take a look. Not only did he fix the brake cable, he found and repaired a broken tie rod that would have failed inspection, all for a more than fair price. Car passed inspection and we are good to go.Thank you Lou!

I went to BJs to retorque my newly replaced tires and got a broken stud with one log nut. It was almost 5:30pm and I was told I had to find a mechanics to fix it myself. I searched online and found Lou’s shop that was still open at that time. I tried to explain the problem I had and Lou asked me to drive my car to his shop and He will take a look. when I arrived it was past his working hour and he was still waiting for me. He told me that he can order the part next morning and fix it for me. I brought in my car next morning and he did a wonderful job with fair price. I would highly recommend him.
