Excellent service and quick 👍. Sent a rotating assembly in for balance and the shaft was out of spec. I sent another which was damaged maybe in freight. Third was cleaned, balanced and returned within a day. No extra charge for anything and great communication! Highly recommended. Thanks for the service 😁

I had an excellent and professional balancing service performed by Midwest Turbo. Dan answered all my questions, and the work was completed within the established time. I was a walk-in customer, and the first sign of a quality shop is its cleanliness and organization. This is perhaps the cleanest, most organized work environment Ive ever seen. Furthermore, the in-progress turbos I saw on the workbenches appeared nearly new for being so cleaned and built. Ive rebuilt a number of turbos, and this clearly exhibits the patience and attention to detail these finicky induction systems require.I will be working with Midwest Turbo on all my future rebuilds, and highly recommend them for their expertise and working knowledge of turbocharger systems.

This company has went above and beyond what my expectations were and what they had to do for me as a customer. I sent them components to be balanced and they noticed I had some bent fins on my compressor wheel, they helped me out with a replacement right away. After I received all my parts fully balanced and cleaned so well they looked brand new I was assembling the turbo and the new wheel was slightly larger and did not fit in the housing. I contacted them and they helped me no questions asked. I sent them my entire turbo and they took measurements and noticed it needed to be machined to fit properly, not only did they machine my turbo for me so it fit properly they blasted and coated it, replaced a vacuum fitting that was cracked and assembled the turbo for me free of charge. When I received the turbo it looks new and they even sent me a gasket that was needed without asking. They are amazing and treat their customers better than any business I have dealt with in a long time. Thanks guys for all the work you did for me!

A good local turbo shop. They rebuilt my girlfriends turbo while her car was at another local shop 35 Auto Care. They did a great job rebuilding it. Everything seems to be running great after all the work. The estimate that was provided to me was exactly what we were charged too.

Great guys. Helped me out with a new CHRA for my Subaru. I was going to replace the whole thing but they looked at the housings and said to just put in a new cartridge. They even helped get it apart for well under any shops minimum charge. My vehicle is running great. Their shop is very clean and organized. The turbos they were rebuilding looked better than brand new with great attention to detail and high quality (not China or Taiwan mfg’d) parts.

I have my turbo since 2016 rebuilt and its working flawlessly. Thanks for all the good work and great customer service.

Have used this business for years in my Subaru shop in Hudson - have been helpful with questions quality is top notch.

Worst experience ever... First I sent them my turbo and they rebuilt it ... Lady told me it was a 4 day turn around it took 2 weeks and I had to drive to the shop to pick it up since they didnt ship it.. Then turbo lasted 4 days and they wont warranty and on top of that they wrecked my billet wheel when stripping it out on the shaft when they sent me my turbo back to me in pieces... All in all I Should have never went there with shipping costs and my truck being downed Im out over $1,000 now easily.. When I coulda just bought a new turbo for a little bit more... Dont wanna work with me, warranty is a joke, the guy on the phone is a dick.. Hope my money you pretty much stole from me goes to good use have a great life God bless.....

I sent my turbo in for a rebuild up being it was struggling to pull my 5th wheel. The gentleman I talked to on the phone said that a lot of times with the variable vane turbos they get gummed up and stop moving properly which can reduce power. They called me once the turbo arrived and they had inspected it and let me know what they found. The vanes were badly carboned up stuck among a few other issues.I found the customer service to be top notch and they were very informative along the way to make sure I knew exactly what was going on and what they had found. When the turbo came back it was packaged very well and wrapped in a bag and bubbles wrap and it looked better then new! Power is back finally and it feels like my truck had new life breathed into it.Thanks Midwest Turbo!
