Doug and the rest of his crew were very sweet and professional. Their shop Is one of the most pleasant and clean auto body shops Ive ever been in. And the fastest to call me back to pick up my car. My car had cracked paint and scratches from a minor accident, on its bumper. Doug n em went IN and did more than just patch it up. It was sanded down and repainted perfectly and he threw some razzle dazzle in there. THANKS DOUG! He did a wonderful job!! It literally looks like a brand new bumper. I highly recommend this place to get your car fixed!!!

Scott, the manager, was very knowledgeable and experiences. He solved the problem effectively and I learned a lot from him. Combining their works on my other car before this time, this is the number one collision shop and I highly recommend it.

This company had done work for me twice in the past. They are the very best! And now that my friends car was damaged with a roof collapse inside of a garage, I recommended them to Gerber and he is going to get the work done there based on my high regard for their work and how they are concerned about each customers needs. Gerber went to bat for me in a situation and saved me over $1,000. They worked it out for me and I will never forget it. Also my friend had two quotes for this recent damage to his car and the other company had an estimate four times the amount that we were given by Gerber. He never showed this other estimate to Gerber until Gerbers quote was given to him. Gerber is AWESOME and their work is excellent. I highly recommend this company!

I wasnt exactly thrilled when I was struck at a gas station in my new suv. The insurance company recommended them and I can see why. They really do treat you like family and they get the job done very well and in a timely manner. Everyone there is extremely nice and friendly. The repair was done so well that I couldnt even tell where it was hit. You really cant go wrong with them.

Dont bring your car here if you need it any time soon. My experience here has sucked. I was in a moderate accident and had my vehicle towed here at dealership recommendation. It took over a week for the vehicle to even be looked at. It sat in their lot with no parts ordered or an inspection to see what needed done for that whole time. Once it was inspected, work started and deadline after deadline has been missed. Calls are rarely returned. I had to show up just to find out what was going on after a week. Now, unnoticed damage was found and will need to be looked at. Ive been without my car for 4 weeks now. These guys are known for quality work, but the best mechanical repair in the world doesnt matter if I dont have the car!

The experience of having this shop work on our car was absolutely terrible. Our car was transferred to this shop from the shop in Warren, OH. It might as well have fallen into a black hole. We received NO communication from the shop. MULTIPLE delivery dates came and went with no one telling us what was going on. Our car was gone for over a month. And when it finally made it back to the Warren store it was discovered that multiple things werent fixed. It had to stay at the Warren store even longer to fix everything this store failed to fix. The service level weve had was horrendous. If I could give less than one star, I would. This will be the last time any of my cars will go to a Gerber shop. I cant believe the treatment and the level of apathy we received at every stage of this process. Weve informed or insurance of the ordeal. They have promised us they will be starting an investigation of their repair network. I hope that this will be the last time they direct anyone to this shop.

Dont trust this place. They are working with Geico and God knows what other insurance companies to screw you over. Very shady place.When I questioned their assessment of my vehicle and requested they send my Jeep to a dealership. They sent it without the front bumper including the license plate, grill & headlight assembly and then told me that they would no longer work on my vehicle. Guess they dont like it when you question their line of BS.
