They are amazing! They were able to get me in quickly when I had a sudden issue thats come up before with my car, where other places I would have to wait until after the weekend, making getting to work and my weekend plans impossible! They were friendly, answered all my questions, and fairly priced. Would 100% recommend for standard maintenance or for repairs.

Paid $85 for an oil change even though I brought my own oil and filter. Went in trying to get an exhaust leak diagnosed while oil change was due. No exhaust leak diagnosing was done but oil was changed. They lost my washer fluid cap and I had to source my own. Would not recommend.

Next Generation Auto is excellent. Laura and Isaac are such great people to work with. Friendly, patient and so helpful. The folks who work on the cars are top notch. I am especially impressed with this businesss give back to local communities and individuals. I was first referred to Next Gen because I had a persistent EXPENSIVE reoccurring problem with my car and my old repair shop could not get their fix to stick. One time in to Next Gen and the problem vanished for good. I have referred family members and we have all had a great experience.

Never had to a problem and the work was always done in a timely manner.Are there other places in town? Sure and Ive used many of them. Ive lived in Hudson for 20 years and am wondering how I missed this place! I had them do a vehicle inspection and was floored by how thorough, accurate, and timely Next Generation Auto was with their work. Fees very reasonable too. The inspection report was 13 pages and came complete with risk ranked items, along with photographs of each inspection point. These guys come extremely highly recommended from me!

We had car trouble when visiting Hudson from 5 hours away. The crew at Next Generation Auto were very helpful, even driving us to an appointment we had in town as our car was in the shop. They did an immensely thorough inspection of our vehicle and gave us a report complete with photos! Very friendly staff.

Excellent customer service and results of the thorough inspection performed during my oil change were emailed to me real-time. Not only could I reference them at the shop if needed, but now have them saved for future reference for any things on the watch list. Very impressed all-around with Next Generation Auto. Id been looking for a local auto repair shop that I could trust to be honest and do good thorough work. I found Next Generation through a mailing I received. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection as I was going to sell the car. Next Generation did a great job!! They produce great documentation showing the results of everything they inspected along with recommendations on what needs to be addressed now vs. holding off and addressing later. My vehicle came back in great condition with all the items I requested completed. Ive definitely found my new repair shop!!

I gave a poor review for next-generation-auto on their site and it was removed. I will be surprised if this makes their page for long they cant be trusted. They gave a quote for work that did not need to be done. The mechanic (not from next generation) that did the work said what they quoted for work did not need to be done. Less than $200 only not $1200 There was no problem and they only fixed what needed to be fixed. I would never recommend this place. I preach my experience to everyone now. Beware!

My wife and I were heading out of town a couple of weeks ago when my truck broke down. I called Next Generation and they had a tow truck out immediately. Id seriously rate 7 out of 5 if I could. This team is amazing. They dont BS, theyre honest almost to a fault, and theyll tell you if something isnt urgent. They have always cared so much about helping me understand everything they find with the vehicles, to the point where I feel I owe a labor charge for the lengthy phone call. They even happily allow me to pay them a fair diagnostic rate and then repair the issue myself, with no pressure.

This was the first time using them and they were great. My Main complaint is that they cleaned my engine after the work but sprayed all the cleaning chemical on my windshield and I had to go through the car wash 3 times to get it all off. Not happy about $21 dollars in car wash fees:-(

Brought My BMW 3 series here. They Tryed charging me for a whole new valve cover when just the gasket needed replaced. Engine wash was suppar at best, lots of old oil still in engine bay afterwards and belts still squeaking. Also charged me extra just to tell me that my screen for my radio needed replaced like I didn’t already know that. However they usually do a pretty detailed job on their inspections

I would rate Next Generation Auto infinite stars if I was able to. These guys are EXCELLENT and I would HIGHLY recommend getting any repairs needed through NGA. I have visited numerous repair shops between MN and WI and they dont even come close to the quality service that Next Generation provides. Isaac is extremely knowledgeable in this field and will take care of you. From start to finish they treat you right, are honest, and do great work at a great price. There is absolutely no need to continue your search for another auto repair shop because they are exactly what any car owner wants; an automotive service shop you can TRUST!

I was so impressed with the customer service here! After they inspected my vehicle, they emailed me an inspection report with pictures and status of how parts of my vehicle are working. They checked with me before they did any work on my car so I wasnt surprised with any costs.Side note, they even took out a dead mouse that was chewing through my air filter so if that doesnt say great customer service, I dont know what does. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got stranded on a road trip with a flat tire that wasnt patchable. They went far out of their way to help find me find a replacement tire at another shop so I could get back on the road. So thankful for their willingness to help!

Wow!!! No words can describe the amazing service I received today! I was able to get in quickly and within about thirty minutes after the test drive and inspection my vehicle was diagnosed and fixed! The bill was not expensive at all and my car sounds great! The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable with wonderful staff! The mechanics only fixed what needed to be done and gave me a heads up of what could be fixed in the future. With these recommendations I was not pressured and was assured that they’re fine for a while yet. Very honest individuals at this wonderful buisness! I am now a customer for life! I’ve tried almost every other auto repair shop in Hudson and had issues with each and every one of them (man, there are a lot of low life mechanic shops in this town), that was all until I found Next Generation Auto. Isaac and everyone else here truly cares about their customers and getting the job done right and on time. I had taken my Chevy Cruze to the Chevrolet dealership for an issue they could not figure out themselves... Next generation went crazy in depth on the same issue and were able to resolve it and actually explain to me perfectly why it is they did what they did and how it fixed the problem. They’re also the most transparent shop I’ve ever experienced, providing accurate estimates as well as fully documenting the process, providing actual photos in an email of the vehicles problems as well as photos after it’s been fixed. I would not take your vehicle anywhere else. Peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. Thanks Next Generation for keeping both of my vehicles running at the highest level... 200,000 miles on each and both run great.
